Fanfiction for Miruki Kimberly Urukai
People. People. More people. John looked around the air port as they waited, sitting in a private room. They would be flying on a jet to go out to the next place on their tour. It just so happened to be out of the country as well. He sighed lightly, looking over at his band members who were enjoying a good drink.
After some time of sitting and waiting, they were told the plane was ready. Collecting their bags, the four men walked out, the sun hitting their eyes and trying to blind them. However, they were quickly safe inside the plane and the windows were pen, allowing a nice light to get in. The four men took their seats, spread out on the plane. They were the only four on this jet, so it didn't matter where they were. Tico went farther to the back, wanting to listen to music without bothering anyone. David and Richie sat together, wanting to talk about the place they were going to and what they could see. John decided to sit close to the front of the plane, that way he would see everything first.
Once the band members got settled, the plane finally took off, soaring high into the sky. They all watched as the cars slowly became ants, the building disappearing, and they land becoming one giant quilt. John smiled, turning back around and getting into his laptop. He turning on the hot spot internet then began surfing the web. He decided now was a good time to update the fans on their current status. Facebook and twitter made life so easy.
"Hey, John, where are we going again?" Tico asked, looking at John from the back of the plane.
"All the way to Italy," he smiled, giving his friend a kind thumbs up.
Richie and David smiled, looking out their respective windows.
"We can go to Venice. You know, it's the city on water," Richie said excitedly, looking at his close friend. David nodded, looking down at the quilt-like pattern.
"That would be neat, but wouldn't we need to ride in a boat the whole time?" David said, looking back up and to John, then Tico.
"And doesn't Tico get sea sickness?"
"Yeah, but the boats aren't that rocky… I don't think," Richie answered, standing and going to the small 'kitchen' area to get a drink.
"Well, either way it should be nice. Very, very nice," David responded as they got back.
The flight went on, proving to be a relatively long ride. The men eventually got bored, and fell asleep more than once on the ride. However, once they were there they could already hear the fans waiting outside. The excitement was practically building. The doors opened and the fans went wild. The men waved as the men and women held up signs, welcoming them to Italy.
