A Tale of Two Crowns

Prologue

Years ago, long before the events that would decide the fate of Arendelle and it's new Queen, there exsisted a small island kingdom. Arastafell, kingdom of the ocean and main trade port for the northern lands. Agis Elion, King of Arasafell, was just and kept the isle and surrounding lands at peace. The isle, to many, stood as a bright symbol of open markets and trade. Nearing the king's 35th birthday, Queen Ameria Elion had a male child. The new prince was the king's first born. He was named after the first king, Aril.

Ten years later, rumors of ransacked ships and small villages being raised to the ground spanning up and down the coast became common place. Though the rumors seemed distant to those who lived on the island nation as the Kingdom celebrated the Prince's 10th birthday.

"All is well with my kingdom! My sons 10th birthday is sure to be more spectacular than my own in just a short fortnight."

This would be the last entry in the journal of King Agis Elion. At dusk that night, using the cover of the fireworks throughout the isle kingdom, ships flying a green flag began a bombardment campaign. Within a night the capitol port city had been decimated. Roving gangs of raiders dressed in green looted, raped, and killed all that they saw thoughout the city. The initial barage of cannon fire had stolen the life of Queen Ameria. Outraged, King Agis took up arms to lead the defence of the city. As the defences slowly fell to the invaders, The young prince Aril was smuggled across the island and onto a small freighter bound for the east. It was rumored that King Agis stood for a further two weeks defending the island before succoming to the overwhelming forces of the green raiders.

Thus was the end of the Isle Kingdom of Arastafell. No one surviving, save for a small fraighter bound for the eastern kingdom of Arendelle.
