Sam sniffled and snuffled, glanced up at the bright stars in the sky, grip tightening on the rifle he held. "You done yet?"
"Almost," growled Dean as he finished breaking through the coffin. "What time is it?"
Sam glanced at his watch. "12:01."
"Christmas."
"Yeah."
"Cheer up."
Sam scowled. "Why? As you just pointed out, it's Christmas, and we're out here freezing, digging up a grave."
"Yeah," Dean pulled himself out of the grave, "but we're nearly done. And I have a surprise for you when we get back."
"A surprise? What is it?"
"Santa's not sayin', dude."
"Dean…c'mon…"
"Nope."
