I know the first chapter isn't that good, it's really just stuff from the movie and all but I'm just trying to get a start so I hope you enjoy:) going to make this an imprint story so comment who you think I should pare her with!

I'd never given much thought to how I would die. But dying in the place of someone I love seems like a good way to go. So I can't bring myself to regret the decision to leave home. I would miss Phoenix. I'd miss the heat. I would miss my loving, erratic, harebrained mother. And her new husband…But they want to go on the road, so I'm gonna spend some time with my dad, and this will be a good thing. I think. In the state of Washington, under a near constant cover of clouds and rain, there's a small town named Forks. Population, 3,120 people. This is where I'm moving.

My dads Charlie, He's the chief of police. Look wise he hasn't really changed with a mustache and Straight brown hair and matching brown eyes. Dull brown eyes that I, of course, had to inherit. When the ride was finally over I couldn't help but attempt to jump out of my seat, careful enough to not fall over on something as stupid as the air.

Within minutes I was in my old room, it was pretty empty. Looked like Charlie has redecorated some for my arrival; the walls that use to be a frilly pink were now a nice purple with a matching set of sheets and comforter. There was a desk in the far corner with a laptop on top of it. Of course, Charlie would go out of his way like this. It had always made me feel kind of guilty for never really keeping contact.

Suddenly I heard a door slam shut outside, looking through my window I saw a boy around my age pulling a man in a wheelchair out of his truck. That must be billy and jake. Charlie has mentioned them when we were making arrangement for my arrival, jake and I use to make mudpies together.

As I made my way down the stairs and outside, I got a better view of them. Jake looked fourteen maybe fifteen and had long, glossy black hair pulled back with a rubber band at the nape of his neck. His skin was beautiful, silky and russet-colored; his eyes were dark, set deep above the high planes of his cheekbones. he still had just a hint of childish roundness left around his chin. Altogether, a very pretty face. Then there was Billy, looking down at him i couldn't help but notice look wise he didn't age too bad. He had quite a few wrinkles but not to the point that he looked older than he should, with the same dark eyes as Jake and hair just passing his shoulders.

"Bella, you remember billy black.' he said, more like a statement than anything. "Uh.. yeah, you look good" I couldn't help but mumble it in a way as I tried to ignore the awkward tension I always seemed to have. "I'm glad you're finally here, Charlie here hasn't shut up about it since it was announced you were coming" he said with a big teasing grin as he looked up at my dad.

Everyone let out a small chuckle at Charlie's expense seemed to of gotten him a little embarrassed, at least enough to come to his own defense."all right, keep exaggerating" he said as they started to play fight.

After the rest of our attempts at small talked stopped Jake showed me how the truck he fixed up for my homecoming gift worked, for the most part, it was pretty easy and while the truck was old I already loved it. I couldn't help but think that Jake and I would become good friends, maybe he could teach me something about cars..
