With a sigh, Link laid his tired body into soft cushions of the bed, inwardly glad that he relented to his companion's insistence that they stop at an inn for the night. The fact that his stomach, the second most demanding part of his body, was quiet and the tingling, melting feeling through the rest of his body, Link grudgingly admitted that, once again, the Sheikah was right.

Suddenly, Link's door opens. A man, dressed in a mud brown shirt with matching pants, quickly enters and shut the door behind him with a soft thud. The man quickly looks around the room and pauses when he spies Link's sprawled out position on the bed. "And to think Her Highness offered you knighthood when all she really needed was a bit of potato stew and a homemade quilt to make the Hero light up like his in the Sacred Realm."

Link turns away from the mocking voice, digging his head deeper into the pillow. "I can't help being a simple man."

"Simple, hmm. That probably explains a few things."

"Whatever," comes Link's muffled reply. After a few moments, Link moves his head, then completely rolls over onto his back when he realizes Sheik is standing next to the bedside. He smiles up at him "Anyways, someone shouldn't talk, Mr. I Rather Continue My Duty, Your Highness."

" But Hero," Sheik, begins as he lowers himself until his face is inches away from Link, his hands on each side of Link's head keeping his steady. "Are you saying that I'm bad at my job?"

At dirty look in those red eyes, a part of Link became very demanding suddenly.

"Well, right now I feel that you're service is a bit lacking."

Salah smirks, "Allow me to correct that, sir," and lowers his lips to meet Link's.
