Greetings fellow Potterheads!

This is NOT a chapter of a story, but please keep reading.

I am DragonLord Baruch and I'm trying to get started writing fanfics.

I have several ideas for longer fics and want to turn at least one of those into a really long 'magnum opus'. But I'd like to get a feel for what works and what catches on with my fellow fans, you.

So I would like for you guys to give me some prompts for oneshots (maybe twoshots or shorts if I get really inspired) in a review. Suggestions for challenges I could try are also welcome. There are some challenges (like Reptillia's Don't Fear the Reaper) that are already on my to-do list, but more would always be nice. Some of these will go up as soon as I've written them to test the waters on here, but I'll be keeping some others for when I get writer's block on one of my longer fics once I get started on those.

If you leave a suggestion, be sure to keep an eye out for the story as I really want your feedback. I will probably PM you if I pick up your prompt and definitely credit you for the idea in the opening notes on the story.

I am a Harmony shipper, so to save yourself the trouble of whining I didn't take your prompt, don't suggest anything with canon pairings, nor any Dramione, Snamione, Drarry or other such pairings. I really dislike them and will never write them. Harry/multi or Harry/harem are fine for suggestions, but will always include Harmony prevalently. If that's not your cup of tea that's fine by me. You are entitled to your own opinion as I am to mine and we can agree to disagree.

Since I am just starting out constructive criticism will be even more important to me than to a seasoned author. Don't bother with flames, I will simply ignore and/or get rid of them. It is also fairly pointless if you start pointing out similarities to other stories. I may or may not have read the story you are thinking of. There are so many HP fanfics across various platforms it will be practically impossible for anything I write to not resemble some other piece of writing by another author. If I intentionally borrow some element from another writer, I will credit them.

I'd also really appreciate it if someone with some experience writing on here could clue me in on how to do a really good linebreak. I really like Sinyk's owl-linebreak, so if you know how to do something like that, do please let me know!

Hoping to get lots of inspiration from this,

Baruch out.
