Summary: SasuHina, NejiHina Oneshot He closes his eyes and wished that she hadn't said "I do". It begins the same and it ends the same.
The End
The crowd hushes as the pianist begins to play. As the groom had insisted on traditional Japanese music, it was decided that there would be Flutists to accompany the organ.
People gush and whisper as the bride walks in, smooth and elegant, the trail of her long white dress gingerly held by two little girls in matching kimonos.
Her long, dark hair is pulled up into a complicated bun, ornaments dangle in her hair and a Hyuuga Mark upon her dress.
After them, a child spilled cherry blossom petals in the air, each falling gracefully before gently resting on the aisle.
The groom offers his arm to the bride, and she takes it, returning his smile.
He watches them.
He is not sitting among the guests, but looking through a window, high on a tree. He was not invited to their wedding.
He sees the Priest mouthing words and Neji making vows. It is Hinata's turn.
Sasuke wonders what she'll say, and almost gave a bittersweet smile when she said "I do". They kiss, but he knows she does not love her husband.
The couple walks down the aisle and the bride throws her bouquet, Ino catching it with a horrified expression, being someone uncomfortable with committment.
He sees their arms link, and as they walk out of the church he knows that they can see him with their byakugan.
But she does not look his way.
Maybe it was because he had left her, and she was the one crying at his wedding. Because he had bedded her, and had gone the next morning to marry the woman he had promised her to leave.
But now it was his turn to cry, and his turn to mourn as the one he truly loved turned away from him and walked off with another man.
He sniffed and leaped off the branch he was previously crouching on. "I wonder what Sakura cooked for dinner today," he thought, tears gathering at the corner of his eyes.
The End
A/N: Another angsty one o.0 After that NejiHina one I did, I couldn't resist an (implied) SasuHina. Ugh…I should really finish up the second chap of What You Don't Know. It's about…70 Percent complete? X.x
Basically the story goes like this: Sasuke was engaged with Sakura, but slept with Hinata, telling her that he would cancel the wedding. Unfortunately he didn't, you'll have to guess the reason, and Hinata marries Neji. I hate SasuSaku. I really do. So yeah...if I continued the story probably one of them would either self-destruct, cheat on the other, or request divorce. Ha.
