Uxie's eyes opened slightly after a mostly sleepless night. How could he sleep when there was so much to think about? Why do things exist? Why is Grandfather Arceus the PokeGod if Mew holds all the DNA of Pokémon? Or maybe Ditto, who transforms into anything it wishes. If knowledge, emotions, and will all were created at the same time, why is he the middle child? For the Being of Knowledge, he had lots of unanswered questions. Like…like…
Why did he feel so heavy all o f the sudden? And what was with his dream? His sisters…screaming? Two human figures? No…that was just a dream…but…
He shook of the strange dream and his heaviness as he wandered over to a mirror.
If he hadn't had a hold on his emotions, he'd have screamed.
Azelf sat up, rubbing the back of her head sleepily. She hadn't slept too well, with all the Zigzagoon randomly swarming and chattering most of the night. She looked around the room, half expecting Uxie to be there, waiting for her to wake up. Something felt out of place other than that. The back of her head was soft and a bit silky. Wait a sec… Since when could Azelf actually reach the back of her head? Was it maybe because…
She made a beeline dash to the mirror in the hall.
"There's no way… I'm…!" She ran out of Valor Cavern franticly. "I-If I'm still Azelf, then I can do this!" She focused her mind, and carefully placed a foot onto the psychic energy she manifested on the water. "HA! TAKE THAT UNIVERSE!" She smirked at the sky and dashed across the water and left the lake. "Only one way to go." She began to head north. Sure, Uxie was her younger brother, but hey; he was the Being of Knowledge.
Mesprit woke up when her sister screamed. No people could hear (thankfully) but through simple telepathy, Azelf was heard clearly. She must've run out of Cherri Berries… Mesprit thought to herself. Speaking of which, she had a sweet Pecha Berry poffin to eat. She walked over to the mirror by her nightstand.
What she saw, she couldn't believe. She was human. HUMAN. Pokémon didn't just randomly get put into human bodies. Right? She had to be, right? She may be the youngest of her siblings, but she did know some things.
Like Pokémon don't randomly turn into people.
"At least, I don't think they would…" she said softly to herself. She did like how she looked as a human, but that was beside the point. "Well," she got out of the Verity Cavern and looked northward. "Only one person to go to now!" She headed off, going to her older brother for help.
