Life Alone
I can remember
Sitting next to you in my room playing Barbies
I remember making pies in our easy bake ovens
And going off on our adventures in a faraway land
Were no body could tell us what to do
You were there for the good
And the bad
But what I will remember most
Were the hours we would hide away in the bathroom talking about everything
From dinosaurs to world dominations
we covered it
And only left our little hideout when dad told us to go to sleep
Now I'm standing
In your empty room
There were no goodbyes
No I love you
All there was you left
Was a note
Next to you
"I'm Sorry"
