My name is Bell, and I am from the real world. I don't react very much to things, but I was very surprised when I was brought into the world of One Punch Man, backpack full of OPM anime disks.
I don't know why I had the disks, because I don't own any in real life, buuuuut, that is the least of my concerns. I believe there are more important issues, such as:
Why am I here?!
I know it's the OPM world, because I'm in Saitama's kitchen, but really, it's quite an odd event to suddenly transpire. Like, I was just reading a book in my living room, when BAM!
Magic, sparkles, and rainbows, I'm here! Hi Saitama!
Well, actually I fell off the couch into a pitch black portal, and unapologetically dumped into his kitchen, but I'd rather imagine rainbows.
Black portals are scary.
And yes, Saitama and Genos are indeed watching the news or something like that on TV...
I get up, and yawn, not knowing how else to notify them of my existence. They don't notice me, so I cough lightly, which makes Genos turn around, yellow eyes narrowing on me.
"Sensei, there's a girl in the kitchen."
Saitama looked at me boredly. "Uh. Who are you? And why are you in my house?"
A great question from a great person, I suppose. Well, two questions. "Uh. I, uh. I don't know. Nice to meet you, what's your name?"
Genos narrows his creepy eyes at me, and I sigh, taking a seat at the table. "Yeah, yeah, stranger in the house. I get how that would be a bit concerning. My name's Bell. I don't really have anywhere to go, so could I just hang out or something?"
Saitama by now just turned back to the TV. I guess being the strongest guy in the world, he didn't care. As long as I didn't break anything. He just said 'sure, whatever', so I got up, and sat down next to him, holding my backpack in front of me.
Genos seemed kind of annoyed and confused. I think he asked something, but I just ignored him, choosing to watch the TV.
He settled down, and wrote something in his notebook, before doing his own thing on the table I had occupied moments before.
I stretched out my hands, and opened my back pack, pulling out episode one. It had a big picture of Saitama on the cover, but it definitely seemed less cool, when the real deal was next to me watching the telebe.
Hmmm... I was very tempted to put this on and see Saitama and Genos's reaction to it... heheh.
I tapped Saitama on the shoulder, and he looked at me in all his bald glory. "Your fan base made a TV show about you. I took a few, do you want to see it?"
He looked at the show that I was offering to him. He scratched his cheek. "Fan base?"
"Yes, your fans."
His cheeks turned a cheerful pink, as he thought about having fans. "Okay, let's see."
I put the disk in the disky thing, and played the episode.
He watched it, obviously entertained, and creeped out that they had so much information about him.
Actually, I think he was mostly creeped out. When the episode was over, he looked at me, with an irritation tick on his head, and more realistic features. Oops.
"How do they have so much information on me?"
I shrugged. "I didn't make it, they did."
"Who's they?"
I covered my lips with one finger. "I will never tell...fu fu fu..."
I looked behind me, and Genos seemed intrigued. "Do they have information on how he became strong?"
I pretended to think about it, and jumped up, lightbulb flashing its brilliance above my head. "Oh, yes! Let's see, I believe it was..." I looked around, as if to make sure no one was watching, and beckoned Genos to come closer. He did.
I lowered my voice, and covered my mouth as I whispered in his ear: "100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 10 kilometer run a day"
I pulled away silently, as if I had just given away a grave secret. He just deadpanned, before writing something in his journal, and putting on a contemplative look.
Well, that was uneventful...
