"You like him don't you?"
(him going by both Arthur and boy-king, which do you think he actually likes?)
"Like who and might I ask who on earth are you?"
He was but one (of many and many so many that it was growing so very old) of many strapping young lords and knights who thought they had to or had the right to talk to her or as they say 'sweep her off her feet.'
But only one man could do that at this very moment and he was not trying at all.
"Arthur, the one Merlin calls the boy-king and I'm Lancelot, my lady."
Even if he tried he wouldn't be able to sound sincere in any of the words that were coming out of his mouth (words that were all but true) so the threat was no bigger then Arthur himself, because it was clear he knew nothing of the feelings so well hidden I could barely find them myself.
"Kissing my hand and calling me 'my lady' won't make your offense any lesser, knight."
It was quite clear that he (that held the title of knight as it seems with all of his heart, which from here was very little) believed that world was a toy, a ball on a stick, and me and those around him were just there to amuse him with all there little troubles.
(remind you of anyone? *cough* boy king *cough*)
"What I have I done, my lady?"
I had enough to deal with already, meaning one Arthur who everyone believes is my one and true soul mate (as if), but it seems this second boy-king before me (and he isn't even a king) was not going anywhere any time soon.
(no, he was staying right where he was until I got down on one knee and confessed my love for the soon-to-be king and maybe some Juliet moment along with that, well I guess he would be in that spot forever and ever)
"Not staying in your own business but of course."
That grin (which cannot be called anything but charming, even if on such a smarmy man) which he aimed right at me and any other damsels that were just waiting for such a man to melt their stupid little hearts (that could be melted by the king himself, ancient in both age and kindness which he'd never shown in his whole goddamn life) but in no way was I one of them.
(well, my heart will only melt for one man/boy and him alone, and sadly you'll just have to guess who all by – Wizard.)
"Fine, Morgana ('my lady' is just too formal, and when have I ever been that?) but you never know, in the future that business of yours might involve me, think about that."
(he never knew how right he was and I still hate him for just that, oh, yeah and for being full of himself)
