Another Wendy/Peter fanfic, only for kasmira36.
Disclaimer: I don't own Tiger Lily, Peter Pan or Wendy Darling.

My name is Tiger Lily. I live in Neverland with my father & his tribe. I didn't use to like it here, until a 12-year-old boy came to live here with his pixie.
Yes, that boy is named Peter Pan, and that pixie is Tinker Bell.
I always seemed to be the special girl in his life, because I was the only human on this island. Peter couldn't play with Tinker Bell because she was too little, and the mermaids couldn't leave the water to play on the shore.
So we spent the afternoons playing together all kinds of games. I was sure he was the guy for me, at least until Peter heard that Wendy telling stories about his adventures at the nursery window. I was not used to Peter thinking of bringing girls to Neverland, and it was obvious that Wendy and Peter were to be close, so I had to act.
I knew it was gonna take a while to get Tinker Bell, the mermaids and me to work as one group. We weren't that close, we knew each other as the ones competing to win the prize (aka. Peter).
And so it was all arranged by the time Wendy to Neverland. And, of course, Tinker Bell didn't make any difference. She convinced the Lost Boys to attack Wendy. But it all resulted in Peter and Wendy getting closer more. And Tinker Bell ended up banished for a week.
And then came the mermaids; who didn't succeed. They tried drowning her, hitting her, make her shout and raise her voice, making her scream for Peters' help. It all seemed pleasant to Peter as he rushed to save his precious one.
So it was my time to step in; you shouldn't send a fairy or a mermaid to do a girl's work. I was absolutely sure that Peter loved me… Well, not absolutely, but whatever.
But as I marched through the forest to go find him, Hook took the chance and kidnapped me. It was wonderful how everything worked out for me that day! I knew Peter would come some time to save me. But I was afraid that he might come too late. Anyway, he came just on time to save me from drowning and carried me home. The best part was that he forgot Wendy behind, which was a sign that showed that I am winning.
But I still stuck to my plan, and started dancing for Peter. Mom asked Wendy to get firewood. I approached Peter while Wendy was away. Luckily, his hat was too big, so it hid the little kiss I gave him on the lips. To others, it seemed like we only rubbed our noses. Peter started dancing with me as Wendy watched. And, finally, she decided to leave and go home.
But that didn't mean I won yet, I had to make Peter forget about her, and to think about me, only me.
So I told when he came back from his journey to Wendy's house about my feelings. And, to my surprise, he rejected me.
"Lily, I love you, okay? But only as friends, only as friends. And I love Wendy too, but more than only friendship. I promised her I'd come back someday and never forget about her, and Peter Pan keeps his promises."
That made me realize how much Wendy suits Peter.
And as he said, Peter Pan always kept his promises. Every night he went and watched Wendy at night. And he never forgot her, he always thought about her, even if she didn't know.
Such a lucky girl Wendy was.
