A Secret Hideout
Late at night when the owls barely cry out and the frogs have fallen asleep a shaggy black dog makes his way down the slippery slope of the lake of Hogwarts and sits under a large oak tree, the seconded oldest tree on the grounds. However he waits patiently before moving onto the oldest tree, for there is something important he must take with him. It was a few minutes until a slender ginger fox came running down the grounds swerving playfully in between rocks. The dog starred at it as if it was a naive child just learning to walk.
The fox eventually joined the dog and instead of sitting down next to him it crouched down in front of him and wagged it's tail playfully. The dog just ignored it and instead got up and walked towards the oldest tree on the grounds. The fox followed as if it was in trouble. When they reached the tree that seemed to be moving by itself the fox regained it;s confidence and sleeked in front of the dog and onto the roots of the tree. It ducked under and in between roots until it found an odd looking knot. It pressed it and looked smugly at the dog as a small hole in the base of the tree opened. The fox didn't hesitate or wait for the dog but instead jumped down the hall and followed the path. The dog growled softly and followed the young fox through the tunnel. When he reached the house at the other end he changed into his real form.
Sirius Black looked around the dusty house and sighed.
"Angry that I mastered it quicker then you?" Ginny asked from the top of the stairs. Sirius turned to her and smiled.
"No," he growled clearly lying. Ginny giggled and descended the stairs to him.
"Poor mutt," she giggled.
"A fox really suits you," he smiled grabbing Ginny around the waist and pulling her into him.
"Sleek and Beautiful?" she asked fluttering her eyelashes.
"No, nosey and sly," he said and kissed her softly. "Oh and smelly," he added when the kiss was broken.
"Not as bad as you, you dirty mutt," she giggled.
"You push to far sometimes," Sirius feigned hurt.
"Oh no. Mutt is going to cry?" she asked a giggle in her voice. Sirius poked out his tongue and let her go.
"So Ginny, what do you think of our new secret hideout?" he asked.
"Absolutely perfect," she said and Sirius nodded.
For the next few hours Ginny and Sirius try their best to make the old shabby shack look like a home. After a long time of trying different spells and designing Ginny could feel her eyelids closing. Sirius put his hand on her shoulder startling her slightly.
"Time to go back Gin," Sirius said. Ginny nodded and looked around the room which they had manage to clean up quite a bit.
"Promise we will meet up tomorrow?" she asked.
"Just meet me by the lake," Sirius said kissing the top of her head softly.
Late at night when only the wind makes noise as it rustles through the breeze a fox and a dog can be seen playing around an old tree on the grounds of Hogwarts. Which lately has turned into a normal occasion.
