Oi! Watch It!

The Doctor pressed his hands into his ears as a siren went off. He made his way to the consol room, where red lights were flashing. Rose and Jack were already there.

"What's happening?" The Doctor yelled.

"I didn't do it!" Jack said, holding his hands up defensively.

"Well neither did I!" Rose exclaimed.

The Doctor twisted a few knobs and hit the consol with a hammer, and the siren stopped, leaving the TARDIS in an eerie red glow.

"Jack what did you do?"

"I didn't do anything! The siren just went off!" Jack said.

"We had been sitting here for a while, and then it went off!"

The Doctor moved around the consol, unconvinced.

"Doc," Jack said, "Do you really think I would do anything to hurt the TARDIS?"

The Doctor stopped. "No, I don't." He angrily leaned against the consol. "But if it wasn't you two, then what would it be?"

"Haven't you got the manual?" Jack offered.

"No, I threw that thing out centuries ago."

"Maybe it's sick," Rose suggested.

The Doctor raised an eyebrow. "Why do you say that?"

"Well, the noise it was making, it sounded like it was…sick."

The Doctor laughed, and suddenly stopped. "Sick!" The Doctor smiled brightly and wrapped his arms around both of his companions, kissing them both on the cheek. "You both are fantastic!"

Both Jack and Rose grinned widely.

"I'll be back!" The Doctor said, and then disappeared, leaving Rose and Jack alone.

-2 Hours Later-

Jack and Rose were sitting in the Library when the doors opened. The Doctor strolled in, black sot on his face, carrying a large black object in his hand, beaming.

"You both were right!"

Rose raised an eyebrow. "About what?"

"What was wrong with the TARDIS! Found this in the inner mechanisms, equivalent of a human stomach ache. Well done, Rose!"

Rose smiled.

"Wait, how was I right?" Jack asked.

The Doctor held up burnt TARDIS manual that was crumbling in his hands. "I should really remember where I throw these things."
