Remus jumped in surprise as a wet, cold something pressed itself to his neck. A heavy weight on his chest and stomach that clearly wasn't Sirius was keeping him in place. The thing huffed, hot breathe blowing across Remus' throat and he blinked away, staring into a pair of pale eyes that belonged to a very large, very hairy dog currently residing in his bed.

"Padfoot," Remus demanded tiredly. "Can't you wake a person up in a better way than sticking your nose on them?"

Padfoot's head lifted, and Remus felt the massive dog's body move as his tail started wagging happily. With a groan of dismay, Remus attempted to bury himself further under his blankets, but Padfoot was having none of it and he took the edge of the comforter in his teeth and pulled them off the bed, his tail wagging as he leapt from the bed onto the floor, nails clacking on the stone as he turned.

Remus growled, curling in on himself and closing his eyes. It was a Saturday and no normal human being should be up before noon on a Saturday. Ever. The bed moved as Padfoot leapt back up onto it and a very large, scratchy tongue licked his cheek.

"Sirius, that's disgusting," Remus protested, his arm flailing to prevent the dog from doing further damage.

The dog shifted and instantly and very pleased (and very naked Remus noted when he opened his eyes a fraction) Sirius Black was kneeling on the mattress beside him.

"Moony, you're no fun," Sirius said, grabbing Remus' arms and attempting to pull him bodily from the bed. "Time to get up. It's beautiful out and James and Pete are in Hogsmeade and we've got to go meet them for lunch."

Remus nearly allowed Sirius to pull him from the bed, but then a last second decision and Sirius was flat on his arse on the floor and Remus was burying himself beneath his pillow, wondering if he could risk going for his comforter. He was about to take the risk when he felt Sirius straddle his hips.

"Moony!" he was begging now and it was one thing to say no to a clothed begging Sirius, but a naked one was ten times more difficult to resist. "Get up."

"All right," with a growl, Remus sat up, using his pillow to knock Sirius off him again. "I'm up! Are you happy now?"

Sirius grinned, leaning forward to kiss him.

"Yes."
