This takes place in the beginning of Mockingjay, where Katniss is insane. You may wonder why Peeta is there. Just wait.

"Hey, Katniss, what's up?" Peeta said as he walked into the room.

"Not much," I replied. "I've been working all night on this propaganda thing; I think it's really good."

"What propaganda thing?" he questioned.

I sighed dramatically. "It's really dumb. Haymitch literally dragged me in here and threatened me to do this. That's no way to treat a mental patient." Peeta chuckled. "He wanted the theme to be something like, 'hey you, join our cause because I'm the mockingjay' and blah, blah, blah… But I took a different approach. Because I'm the best."

I showed him my awesome poster, colored with crayons and full of drawings of unicorns. He didn't say anything, probably because he was speechless at my amazing work.

I chose to make an anti-bullying poster instead of a join-our-cool-rebellion-everyone-else-is-doing-it type of thing. It said: "Hey, that girl you just called fat? She can't afford that sparkling drink that makes you throw up. That guy you just called a deaf mute? Well, he's been an Avox for the past three years and that's why he can't talk. That alcoholic guy you just clawed in the face? He's been working to save your sorry ass from dying in the Hunger Games. That girl you just called a frigid-bitch? She has been stuck announcing for the crappiest District since she started working for the Capitol. That ginger who was turned into an Avox? He does have a soul. How about that guy you just made fun of for singing Rue's four note song completely in the wrong key? Well, he was just murdered for it. And that arena you just tried to blow up? It took a lot of time and dedication from the Gamemakers to create it. Stop bullying people in the Capitol. They can't help being privileged and dumb. If you don't stop, I kid you not these words will come out of the poster and STRANGLE YOU! You've been warned." At the bottom there is a picture of me pointing directly at the reader.

Peeta was close to tears. "This... is… amazing. So inspirational. I knew there was a reason why I love you!"

"I know," I said. "Like I told you, I'm the best."

"Haymitch, what the hell has happened to her?" Plutarch asked, pacing around nervously. The two men were watching Katniss through a one-way window. She was pointing at a horribly drawn picture that only a mother could love, while talking to mid-air. "Does she know nobody is in there? Oh my gosh, this is not good."

Haymitch still felt the pain radiating from his face where Katniss had previously lunged at her. "I… have no idea what to do. All I can say is we might have to start looking for a new mockingjay."
