This is my second fan fiction. I got the idea from the last episode of The Originals 'sinners and saints' and I decided to make another fan fiction. I do not own The Originals. I will update every Wednesday.
Hayley p.o.v
Rebekah and I were talking when Klaus barges in. I stood there, waiting, as Rebekah talked to Klaus. But before she could finish her sentence Elijah walked in.
Elijah! I thought as Rebekah ran up and hugged him. I showed no emotion as to how I feeling which was pure joy. I simply smiled up at him and walked away as he stared after me.
When I was outside of the house of the mansion I looked at the night sky smiling. Elijah's finally back, I thought, as happy as ever.
I was thinking even as Elijah walked over to me and stood there.
He smiled at me and I smiled back. Even when I slapped him across the face I was still smiling.
"Don't make promises you can't keep, I said while he was rubbing the spot where I slapped him.
"Welcome home." I walked back into the mansion.
He walked in after, smiling.
I assumed everyone had heard us because they stared on at us as we approached the table in the mansion.
Elijah stood next to me, pulling out a chair for me to sit in.
I took a seat and smiled at him in thanks.
"Glad to see you two are happy, whilst I have to deal with my friend-slash-enemy always thinking about the girl I am in live with", Klaus commented.
"Nik, stop being rude. They have reconciled, just as us. Only this wouldn't need to have happened if you wouldn't have daggered Elijah", Rebekah argued.
"Let's get you into bed, shall we", Elijah whispered to me, giving me an escape to the argument going in between the two Original siblings.
"I think that's a very good idea."
I got out of the seat, heading towards my bedroom, as Elijah took my hand in his.
I smiled up at him as he guided me to my room.
When we arrived he let go of my hand. He slowly bent towards me and kissed me in the cheek.
"Goodnight Hayley", he said as he leaned backwards and walked away.
I stared after him and smiled before I went into my room and drifted to sleep.
