Imagine this…
Harry comes home one day to find the home eerily quiet. Ginny's gone, and the kids are nowhere around either. Harry's first thought is to panic. Even with Voldermort gone and years having passed by, the fear of loss still haunts Harry. Marrying Ginny and having three wonderful children only extended that fear. His first thought was to run over to Ron and Hermoinie's next door to see if they'd heard from Ginny or to see if Rose or Hugo knew where she was. Ginny was supposed to be watching all the kids. He was halfway out the door when he saw Ron and Hermoinee runing towards him with worried looks on their faces. Could it be? Harry refused to think of what could have happened. Ginny was one of the greatest witches Harry knew, and everyone knew to stay clear of her hexes. She wouldn't have left without putting up a fight.
This time Harry didn't have to tell Ron and Hermoinee that Ginny and the kids weren't home either. He expected that his face told them everything. Fear clouded the three of them, it felt like they were 17 again looking for horcruxes. This time however, Harry felt like he'd lost parts of himself, like his children were part of his soul he didn't know the whereabouts of. Just then, they heard an object rushing across the street in high speed and creating an unruly sound. The trio, always ready for combat, didn't need asking, all their wands were out and pointed towards the object even before they knew what it was. When the object, now identified as a muggle car stopped, out came a large man. The headlights of the car blinded them from seeing who the man was, but Harry knew this man wasn't anyone they knew. The only large man Harry knew was Hagrid, but this man wasn't half as tall as Hagrid. Forgetting the statute of secrecy, none of the trio put their wands down…
"Now Albus, give Rose her toy back.. Hey there kids!" came the voice of Arthur Weasley from where the large man was standing.
Ron pulled out the lighter shaped put-outer from his pocket and clicked. As the lights from the car dimmed, they saw Arthur Weasley standing with Albus and Rose in each arm with what looked like a Green Ogre cap on his head.
"Daddyyy.. Grandpapa took us on the rorercoastee" came the excited voice of Lily as he ran towards Harry.
Relief swept over Harry as he saw Ginny getting out of the car with James and Hugo. It was finally time to let it go.
