SONIC FICTION 2: SHADOW'S UNHAPPY ENDING

CHAPTER 1: THE RECEPTION

Everybody was dancing for a while to some upbeat music. After dancing, they all sat down to hear the DJ talk.

"Now please watch as the new husband and wife share their first new dance together"

Some slow music started playing as they all watched Sonic and Amy dance. Try to, at least. By that, Sonic tried slow dancing but kept slipping and sliding, Amy had a hard attempt at trying to keep up. Eventually, the DJ had no choice but to put the upbeat music back on. The faces around the room lit up with laughter, watching the couple hitting each other with their feet. Amy tried doing the famous romantic position, just to drop Sonic unconscious on the dance floor.

A few minutes after the incident, he woke up to find himself being woken up by Knuckles with his fists in the back alley. He saw Knuckles with a fist in his face and screamed.

"You are so nervous, come on, get on that dance floor and knock Amy off her feet", Knuckles said, punching Sonic in the gut with each word.

He ran in and took Knuckles' advice, which meant literally knocking Amy off her feet. Meanwhile there were a lot of other relationships starting up. Charmy was talking with some young wasp, Tails was with Cream and the only one alone was "the former love-magnet' Shadow the Hedgehog. "Another year alone, I wish I had someone who actually loved me, after all, I have dated nearly every girl in this city". He started reminiscing some of these.

"What was the best part of tonight, Shadow?", asked one young hedgehog, Daisy.

"Well I thought it was an enjoyable time; that the police officer started stripping and throwing his clothing at pigeons". The officer then walked past singing the joys of Orange Soda. Daisy then slapped Shadow across the face and ran.

Back in the present, Sonic and Amy had left for their honeymoon in Miami an hour earlier. Shadow was still in the bar by two o'clock in the morning.

"Don't you think you've had enough, sir?", asked the bartender.

"I'll tell you when I'm done, alright?" shouted Shadow before gulping down a cup of peanuts.

He awoke inside of a room, surrounded by patients and a television. Awaking, he groaned, "Where am I?", A man in a white jacket approached him.

"You're in hospital, Mr. Hedgehog, you drank so much last night, your heart stopped because of the amount of alcohol. You also received a warning from the police for shoving a shard of broken glass into the bartender's face. The doctor pointed to him, on a breath-taking machine to his left. Shadow blushed and collapsed into another long slumber.
