So, I came up with his story, or well...small chapter, after watching the last Pirates of the Caribbean film which, yes, broke my heart with its amazing ending. So for those of you who have not yet seen Dead Men Tell No Tales, then get out from under your rock right now..I'm joking;D but just try not to read this because, I know it's tempting, but it may contain some spoilers so yeahhhhh...
Anyways, nothing left to say so just enjoy! It's not the GREATEST story ever but I hope you like it!

The ocean was spread in front of him, as if God himself were serving it to him on a platter. His ship was gaining more and more speed, her sails blowing in the warm wind. He clung into the ropes of the mast and spread out his arms, lifting his chin a little to let the sea breeze flow down his sweaty top and cool his warm skin.
"more speed you bunch o' sissy sailors! Am I not your captain?" he yelled, the smirk on his face showing his golden, aged teeth.
"Eye capt'n." Gibbs agreed. "Let's go faster men! We haven't got all et'rnity!" he called out and Jack chuckled.
The waves licked the side of the pearl, pushing her gracefully towards the horizon.
"C'mon girlie" Jack whispered under his breath, licking his dry lips.
He closed his eyes, absorbing the warm glowing sun ahead of him. He reflected on the devastation today had brought him, alongside the loss of his friend.
Brave man, he thought.
But foolish.
He turned his head to the golden ship behind him, the one filled with more coins that one can possible carry in a lifetime, and stocked with hundreds of barrels, all spilling with rum, and he grinned widely.
He cast his eyes back to the scenery ahead of him: the red ball of heat was sinking below water level, the tides becoming smoother. The evening was drawing closer.
"Gibbs!" he said, his voice rough and a little tinged with alcohol.
"Eye capt'n."
Jack ran his hand over the wheel of his beloved pearl.
"How many bot'les of rum can a ship filled with gold buy me?"
"But...don't you have enough?" Gibbs said quietly and slowly.
"Gibbs, enough doesn't exist in my dictionary last time I checked." He laughed
"So...Tortuga?" He asked, and his question was immediately answered.
"Tortuga." Jack confirmed with a big smile.
"Make port for Tortuga!" Gibbs yelled from the top deck.
All the men cheered in harmony.
"But not one of youse scoundrels get'ing a pay rise! Back to work to all o' ya!" Jack confirmed, making all of them scramble back to their stations.
Jack cast his eyes back to the sunset, now almost invisible beneath the mass of water. The sky was turning a shade of deep orange and the sea a navy blue.
Pirates life, he chuckled, as he sailed straight into the horizon, into a life full of freedom and adventure.
