A/N: Hi there my loves! I'm Back and better than ever! I started this thing in high school so let's see if I can do much...much better. This'll be shorter than my original first chapter but It will get longer again. I just figured you guys had waited long enough and needed something now! Review and let me know what you think 3
I don't own Twilight or any characters. I only own the plotline and my OCs
"Bitch." A flash of pain.
"Whore." Another one.
"Should've paid your mother to kill you." A wheezed gasp for air, that only made Bella's head swim. It had been a year since the Cullens left. 8 months since Harry Clearwater died. 6 months since the abuse started. And 3 months since her supposed best friend had stopped talking to her. She supposed it was what she deserved. People didn't love her. they sure as hell didn't love Swans, Charlie was making that obvious.
Bella's body worked on automatic to crawl forward and away from Charlie but hit work boot slammed her back into the ground, his weight putting more pressure on her probably already broken ribs. She knew he was speaking words but, god, between the ringing in her ears and her heart thudding through her chest she couldn't quite make them out.
"I hope you fucking die." Oh. Well, that she understood. Suddenly a hand was in her hair and she was being jerked up. Nothing escaped her mouth but a whimper, she had long since forgotten how to plead Charlie for her life. She was convinced that's what he wanted to hear and, really, why give him the satisfaction? "I'm sick of it. Laying around like a useless whore" He growled, dragging her through the broken glass from the beer bottle that had started this particular beating. Bella hadn't realized he had run out of beer in the fridge and had the extras in the pantry. When Charlie had gotten home from work he was livid when she handed him a room temperature beer. She hadn't even made it up the steps before he was dragging her down and slamming the bottle against her arm then his fist into her stomach.
"And don't you dare come back." He spat as he opened the door and shoved her out with enough force to send her body flying down the steps- her backpack following. It wouldn't last. Charlie would find her in a few days and demand she come home. Would promise he would never hurt her again, that he turned a new leaf and was sorry. She wouldn't believe him. No, she wasn't stupid. Going back was one step closer to death though and, really…that's all she wanted now. Yeah…death would be pretty sweet.
Bella fought through the pain that branding itself into her probably broken ankle as she struggled to her feet. She didn't know when she grabbed her backpack, nor how she managed to crawl into her truck. But it was starting and she was sure it was only by the grace of Zeus she even managed to drive it but she was doing it. The truck was one of the only things the Good Charlie gave her that she kept. It was the only way she could run his errands and she took a bit of glee when it broke down and he had to fix it. His little bits of annoyance were worth the slap she'd take.
The town ghosted by in dull greys. Her nearest neighbors looking anywhere but at her. She couldn't bring herself to hate them. It was small town mentality. Pretend like you don't know the Chief beats and rapes his daughter and he isn't. The screams you heard were just in your imagination. Everything was picturesque and fine.
Soon enough, Bella was on the outskirts of the town. Going to the one place she promised she wouldn't go. Bella hadn't gone to the Cullen's home since that stupid birthday party. In a way, she felt as if it wasn't right. It wasn't/her/ home and they had made it clear, they weren't her family. She didn't have a family. No, Not anymore.
The scream that left her mouth was earth shattering, pain and agony and turmoil bubbled out before she could even think to stop it. Then Another. And a Third. The fourth finally gave way to a sob, her form shaking hard enough to have the car swerving. It wasn't even just Charlie anymore. It was everything. She was alone. Left for dead by the one's she loved most. Bella's world felt hazy and the edges of her vision was beginning to darken when she felt a rush of wind and cold hands on her face. "fuck, Isabella." Someone growled out but she couldn't make out their face. Their voice a distant memory. "Hold on, Darlin' Stay awake for me. No-No-don't-" Were the last few words she heard before everything went dark.
Okay, so this is the start of the Re-up. I hope you guys like it! I'm gonna be splitting the bigger moments into smaller chapters
Besos!
