I have just realized that I love Gruniper more than Percabeth.(But I still love Percabeth, so don't mob me you die-hard Percabeth fans!) So that new passion inspired me to write this story.

Juniper's POV

Love was lying thick in the woods this morning. Satyrs and Nyads were chasing each other, giggling and genuinely having a good time. Sighing, I peered through the woods, wondering where Grover was. Although I didn't see Grover, I saw someone who definitely would know where he is.

"Annabeth!", I called.

She spun around, her golden curls bouncing in every direction. I wish I had beautiful hair like that, I thought bitterly. I saw her give a warm smile.

"Hey Juniper! What's wrong?"

"Have you seen Grover?" I asked, almost pleading. Ever since the whole Pan deal, he wandered off sometimes. Always busy.

Annabeth looked at me in a sympathetic way.

"Last time I saw him, he was trying to wake up Percy." She chuckled at the thought.

I gave her a hug and sighed. "Thanks Annabeth, I can count on you."

She smiled and said, "Grover's lucky he's got you. " She was sounding almost… Jealous?

I smirked, "Don't worry. You're lucky you have Percy. You are together right?"

Annabeth blushed and looked like a big ole bowl of tomato soup. "Bye Annabeth, and don't worry, things will turn out right." And with that, I ran off to the Poseidon's Cabin.

I had never actually been in the cabin itself. It was crusted with seashells. It looked like a coral reef you could live in. I softly knocked on the wooden door.

After a few moments, my furry little goat boy opened the door. "Juniper!" he cried. He gave me a big bear…I mean goat… hug. "Hi Grover!" I walked inside the cabin.

It was like a jungle of dirty laundry had exploded. Clothes were draped on the bunks, which I presumed were Percy's because Tyson wasn't at camp. And… they were normal size. Only one of the bunks looked like they had been touched recently, and Percy was in it. But all I could see was a mass under the sea green covers, and jet black hair popping out from underneath.

Grover blushed, "I couldn't wake him up! I mean a bomb couldn't wake him up!" he said exasperated. I just giggled and held his hand.

He led me out side and onto a bench near the woods.

"What's bothering you Juni?" He asked, calling me his nickname he only used when we were alone. "Oh Grover, you never come by to see me anymore. Are you... are you seeing another Nyad?" I asked now suspicious.

He just gasped, "Juni! Gods no! Oh I'm sorry Juni. I just need to organize the Save Pan program. You know that don't you?" He looked like he wanted to kick himself with his little hooves.

"I know Grover, I just…" I stopped abruptly. "What is it?" he asked gently.

"I miss you Grover. A lot.", I said softly.

He bent down and picked me a daffodil. Pressing it into me hand, he pulled me into a hug.

"I miss you too Juni."

After a couple of blissful minutes, he stood up. "I better get going. But I promise to come and see you tonight."

But I stood up and kissed him. It was simple and sweet, but it was my first kiss. It meant more to me than just about anything. Blushing, I slowly stepped back.

"I love you Juni. Forever and always." He kissed me on the cheek and trotted off to the Big House.

I hope you liked it!
