A.N: This is my first fanfic, so please review after you have read it. Oh, and if you don't like gays, or gay themes, then this isn't the story for you. Oh, and there is gonna be incest in this, so don't read if you don't wanna read anything about that.

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE! If I did, Max and Justin would both be gay (not with each other though).

"OMG! Why do I have to babysit? It's not like he's five! He's pretty capable of looking after himself!" ranted Justin to his parents.

"Yeah, Mum. I'm 13," replied Max.

"The reason you have to babysit is because we actually want to come back to a house. Last time you he was home alone, the kitchen was on fire!" Teresa retorted.

"Why can't Alex babysit? I've made plans with Zeke already."

"Yeah, well you'll just have to change them. And you know full well that why Alex can't babysit Max. Harper's sleepover has been arranged for weeks, and you only made yours yesterday."

"This is so unfair! Whatever… just go. Oh! Can Zeke come over and stay instead? Cos ya know, two hands are better than one. "

"That's a great idea!" Replied Jerry with his trademark ear to ear grin.

"It's not like I'm a baby! Two hands are better than one? Yeah, cos I forgot, I'm still in nappies. Oh, and maybe I should suck on a dummy? "Max sarcastically commented.

"Enough! Justin and Zeke are babysitting you, and that is final! End of discussion!" Teresa exclaimed. On the verge of losing her temper. "You never know, it may be fun."

"Right. Ready to go Jerry?"

"Yup. Can we get some Turkey Jerky on the way?" asked Jerry, hopping like a little five year old.

It was an unusually empty lunch shift at the Waverly Substation. Usually, Justin and Max were rushed off their feet.

"It's a Saturday, you'd at least think that some people would be going on a leisurely stroll, and stop in for a Sub or a drink. It's empty! And this weekend is so totally gonna suck." Complained Justin.

"It'll be fine. Can't you just use a spell, to like, make him go to sleep for a whole day? Cos you know, that would be so cool!" Zeke said trying to calm Justin.

"I am not using a spell on my little brother! Although to be honest, I would like to. Urgh! We'll just have to play video games and board games all evening."

"Yeah, which is what we probably woulda done at mine anyway. Ya never know it may be fun."

"Yeah, okay. Don't expect too much from him though. Anyway, the shift's over. We may as well shut for the weekend. I'll just put a note in the window saying we'll be closed for the whole weekend cos of refurbishment. People'll believe anything these days."

The whole time they had been talking, Max had been cleaning the tables, running through spells in his head, with a blank expression on his face. He was one good actor. Ever since he had his tutor, he had his mind fixed of being the one to keep his powers. As long as he kept up the dumbass act, they wouldn't expect it when BAM! He kicks Alex's and Justin's arses'. Even his parents didn't know a thing. He has them all fooled. And of course, no one knew that he knew that you could only use elemental magic in the test. It didn't take him long to get that little bit of info out of his Uncle Kelzo.

"And Alex thinks she's bad. Ha!" though Max. "I may as well make the most of this weekend." Already he had ideas for pranks for Justin and Zeke forming in his head.

A.N: Criticism is wanted. However, nothing nasty, cos that'll just make me upset. Oh, and what do you think of my Max? I so want him to be the one to keep the family powers. Would be so amazing wouldn't it?
