Okay folks, this is super short but I thought it was cute. Lmk what you think!*
You limped into the kitchen, a morning after a night with Dean usually made walking a little more painful. Sam sat at the table with a cup of orange juice and a paper. Without looking up he handed you a cup of coffee, no cream two sugars. You murmured your thanks and threw a piece of bread in the toaster. Leaning against the counter you turned to your best friend. "Mm. So how'd you sleep, Sammy?" You turned back around, searching for a pan to make breakfast.
"Uhh… not that well." Sam glanced up from his paper.
"Really? Why's that?" You weren't really listening, rummaging through the fridge for the eggs and bacon.
Sam dropped the newspaper and turned around to look at you. "It's just, you know, you and, uh, you and Dean can get kinda… loud."
Slowly you turn around to face him, cheeks filling with red in embarrassment. "Oh man, I'm sorry Sam! I didn't even think about that! I'm so sorry!"
Sam rubbed the back of his neck, embarrassed as well. "Yeah, no, I mean I'm glad you guys are doing goo-"
You smiled, sipping your coffee and thinking back to last night. "We are, yeah. And I'll tell you what when Dean, uh, when he gets going, whoo."
It was Sam's turn to blush. "Yeah I don't really need-"
"Sam, that brother of yours… He-he takes what he wants. And let me tell you, he wants everything. He's just so…" You sighed. "So commanding… and dominating." Memories flashed through your mind and you turned around again, flipping on the stove.
"You know, Y/N, that's really nice and I'm glad, so, so glad you guys are having a great time, but-"
"But," you jumped in, ignoring him. "But sometimes, he's a little shy, you know? You gotta like… draw him out. Take the reigns and really lead him."
"You know what, Y/N? I think I hear my cell. I'll talk to you later." You turned around to see Sam fairly run out of the kitchen, bumping into Dean on his way.
"What was that about?" Dean grabbed Sam's abandoned juice and gulped it down.
"I was messing around with him." You leaned in for a kiss from Dean, spatula still in hand.
"He was blushing pretty hard there," Dean wrapped a hand around your waist, head resting on your shoulder as you flipped the bacon.
"Yeah… you know, I think we need to be a bit quieter at night." You handed him a mug and he poured himself a cup of coffee.
"What's the fun in that, babe?" You laughed as he spun you around, picking you up and placing you on the counter. "His birthday's coming up. We'll buy him ear plugs."
Smirking down at him, you bit your lip. "That might not help."
"Fine, we'll get him a noise machine, too."
You laughed as he cupped your chin and kissed you gently. "You make me happy."
"That's my job, sweetheart."
