Long ago there were two brothers. Victor and Christian were holy beings, constructed from the memories and souls of men; both good and evil. Christian received the souls and memories of the good. The souls and memories of the bad went to Victor. The joy of life, love, and peace were all things Christian could experience, but Victor could feel only greed, pain, and hate.

The brothers had golden hair and skin. Their eyes were the brilliant blue of the sky. They had lean, well-muscled bodies, as graceful as a butterfly. Their similarities ended there. Christian cared deeply for mortals and the other holy beings. He cared only for their welfare and would do anything for them no matter the cost. Victor, on the other hand, was selfish and merciless. He was power-hungry and would do anything to get his way.

They were the most powerful holy beings at the time. They ruled over the others. Their subjects favored Christian over Victor because he ruled them compassionately, so they had no objection when he took a mortal wife and made her one of them. Victor, however, thought mortals weak and powerless. He thought Christian foolish for taking this one and giving her the power of immortality. Victor never fully forgave Christian because, in truth, he didn't know how to.

Their feelings toward each other only got worse as time moved forward. The brothers got in enraged arguments about how to govern their people. Their ideas were so conflicted that they realized there could only be one leader. Victor challenged Christian to a duel. What victor didn't know was that the more followers you had in the human realm the more power you had. Because of his compassion with humans, in turn, more humans supported Christian.

Victor was cast from Christians' realm and forbidden to return. Victor was so consumed with hate and sense of betrayal; he swore to take revenge upon his brother. When he crossed the border between realms he changed. His once blonde hair turned black as a raven's wing. His eyes became dark as his heart and the brilliant glow of his skin paled to a chalky white.

Some of the holy beings followed Victor, believing he would one day reclaim his throne. Like Victor, once they crossed the realms bored they changed. Their eyes glowed a crimson red, their bodies twisted into grotesque and gnarled forms, their teeth transformed into jagged points.

He walks the mortal realm tempting humans with the promise of wealth and power; whatever their heart desired. He sired half human, half demon children that were just as appalling as his original followers.

His army of humans and demons grows stronger as their numbers increase. However, Christians' numbers grow greater as well, preparing for the day when Victor will strike.

And so the war between Angels and Demons has begun…
