Hi everyone! I've always been a big fan of M*A*S*H (I suspect that I'm like many on here when I say Hawkeye was my first love at the tender age of six LOL) and I also love Pokémon, so I started wondering - if there were Pokémon in the M*A*S*H universe, what Pokémon would our favourite characters have?

Anyway, it's late already, so I'm just going to do Hawkeye, Trapper, Frank, Margaret and Radar tonight. Let me know what you think and I'll try and think up some more!

Happy reading!

Hawkeye:

Mudkip: It was a few months before Mom died when Dad took me to the Professor who lived at the end of the street and I got to pick my first Pokémon. I was going to go for Treecko, but the one there didn't like me, and the Torchic was too cutesy for my liking, so Mudkip was mine. He helped me through the tough time around Mom dying, and he's my best friend.

Arbok: You know, I get a lot of strange looks when I pull my other buddy Arbok out. A few months after Mom died, we had a small plague of Arbok and Ekans in Crabapple Cove. A lot of the men in town were busy trying to drive them out, and one day I came across a baby Ekans next to his dead mother. Dad wasn't too pleased but Arbok is a good friend.

Gardevior: My beautiful, lovely, amazing Gardevior. I won her as a Ralts at the school fair. She's stunning, amazing, sweet, kind, loyal, did I say amazing? I love my Gardevior!

Jiggypuff: Bit of an accident that I caught Jiggypuff, it was a dare from the guys at Med School. To be fair, she IS kinda cute, and helps put patients to sleep for me. Pales in comparison to the lovely Gardevior though.

Drowzee: Helps me with a lot of my pranks. Also helps me keep Jiggypuff from getting too jealous. He's pretty relaxed and easy to talk to. Best of all, if I'm having problems sleeping he takes away my nightmares.

Trapper:

Infernape: Chimchar was my starter. He's a pretty snazzy little dude...sorry, WAS a snazzy little dude. Now he's a snazzy big dude.

Politoed: Love this little guy. Was kinda hoping for a Poliwrath, but in the end I think I won out. He's really fun to be around.

Cloyster:What can I say, this guy is tough and won't take any nonsense. Great for scaring Ferret Face.

Slowbro: I have a thing for Water-Pokémon. I love how relaxed this fella is. I reckon he's smarter than he lets on though.

Snorlax: Caught this guy eating my petunias one day. If I ever get sick of the Mess food, I just give it to this guy. Although now even HE'S starting to get sick of the food!

Pachirisu: He's cute, he's fluffy, and he keeps the power going when the generator is out.

Frank Burns:

Charizard: Of COURSE I chose the strongest starter Pokémon. What do I look like, stupid?

Gyarados: Ugh, the stupid Magikarp took FOREVER to train, but the results are well worth it. See, I can be a patient man!

Salamance: This Pokémon really ticked off my Charizard, which then proceeded to pound it into a pulp. Salamance is a cool Pokémon so after Charizard was done I caught it.

Raichu: My Mommy's Pikachu had a baby, and so I got a Pichu. I evolved it as soon as I could. Thanks Mommy!

Yanma: I don't use this one, it's weak and looks funny. Present from my wife.

Heracross: I use this one occasionally, he's stronger than Yanma and doesn't look as funny.

Margaret Houlihan:

Pignite: Oh how could I NOT choose the cute little Tepig? He didn't look as arrogant as that Snivy, but he wasn't as sickly-cute as Oshawatt. He keeps me warm at night when it's cold outside.

Chansey: Well any nurse will need a Chansey! She's my right-hand woman, has never let me down and has helped me save countless lives, both human and Pokémon!

Miltank: This little lady is tough, uncompromising and has defended me more times than I can count! TANK is right! Plus she makes the most delicious milk!

Radar:

Bulbasaur: Everyone was telling me how Bulbasaur was the worst starter and that they'd get left behind. I couldn't bear to leave the little guy at the Lab! He looked so miserable when the other guys laughed at him, I wasn't going let him down!

Plusle and Minun: These two are awesome, they make such a great team! I use them to help me with the paperwork sometimes.

Hoothoot: This little fella helps me out too! He's great at keeping an eye on the time and he's pretty smart too! He always seems to know when there's trouble around, and he lets me know pretty quick too!
