Author's Note: This is actually my first fic (apart from a terrible Anne of Green Gables fic I wrote when I was like 10), so any comments or critique are welcome!

Rated: T, for: suggestive themes Also, let it be know that I do NOT condone underage or even really premarital sex, but episode 5 of season 2 was just filled with innuendo, and the plot bunnies wouldn't leave me alone.

The first time, they had only just graduated from the middle school division of St. Marie's main campus and were about to head back to Japan and it wasn't really the first thing on their minds. He was supposed to leave the week before her, but his flight was delayed and after their mutual almost-confessions, the unintentionally shared hotel room, caused by the suddenness of the cancellation, meant that things went farther than originally intended. It was awkward and uncomfortable, but she didn't mind because she trusted him completely and he was surprisingly kind, even if he was just as confused as she was.

He still left Paris before she did, and it was unspoken between the two that their teammates wouldn't find out, even though they were sure they likely knew without being told; neither he nor she were very good at keeping their emotions from showing.

She was particularly hurt when she found out that he had skipped a grade and had failed to tell her beforehand. She had assumed that their intimacy would mean that he would tell her these things, but he was still just a boy and didn't think that it would hurt her. He played it off by teasing her about her grades and failure to fully learn French, but was apologetic when she finds a way to sneak past the dorm leaders and into his room later that night.

Nothing happens that night, though she ends up making a habit of sleeping in his room now that his roommate is on an indefinite leave from school. Her roommate doesn't ask, but is supportive, knowing where she sneaks off to every night.

With all the time she spends in his room, it happens again, and this time is much less awkward than the first. It's certainly not the last time, though it's not frequent. There's still a silent pact between the two to keep quiet, because they've both agreed that for the moment, sweets and learning are much more important than some potentially fleeting relationship. This frustrates her now, but she knows that she agreed and doesn't want to annoy him with her changing emotions.

Eventually, they find themselves alone in a small cave in the Sweets Kingdom, after she's fallen in the rain and hit her head (she always was the clumsy one). When she wakes she's surprised, but not embarrassed, to find that he's in his boxers and has obviously changed her clothes for her, as they're sitting on a nearby rock drying. She's more worried about him, as it seems like he's catching a cold. She hugs him from behind, and therefor can't see his blush, but it's there nevertheless. After all, they are still just children.
