Based on Jack White's cover of "Love is Blindness", featured in the Great Gatsby film. I love this song, though parts of it are rather. . . loud, i find the bitterness in the cover is much better then U2's sad original.
Enjoy!

Love is blindness,
I don't wanna see
Won't you wrap the night
Around me

Killing the tracker was horrible. With the fire and the mirrors and the blood. James' and Bella's screaming in his ears. It was a flashback to a time nobody wanted him to go. Where killing others was as natural as breathing. Or something that vampires do on a regular basis.
Jasper loved it. He missed it.
He looked over his shoulder at a screaming Bella, Edward and Carlisle kneeling beside her. He quickly surveyed his brother's emotions.
Greif. Sadness. Anger. Contempt. Desperation.
There was no trace of happiness. Not one.
Surprising really. Wouldn't Edward want Bella to change and not be his doing?
.
.
Oh, my heart
Love is blindness.
.
.
Edward couldn't suck the venom out. Bella went through the change and woke in a ballet studio with broken mirrors and blood on the walls.

I'm in a parked car
On a crowded street,
And I see my love
Made complete

Jasper watches from Rosalie's car as Edward helps Bella out of his Volvo. Not that she needed it. Her clumsiness had faded away as quickly as her human needs.
They looked like something out of a fairytale. Beautiful and shallow.
Jasper felt what Bella felt, and it wasn't much towards the Cullen's 'Golden Boy'. He supposed she didn't remember much of their time together, and was lucky Jasper didn't think about her lack of love too much in the presence of Edward.
It has been a year since her change, and her first day of school had come.
She showed impressive control over her blood lust, the likes Jasper had never seen before. But Bella was full of surprises.
She laughed at something Edward said, and Jasper felt something twist in his gut when she looked at Edward and felt affection.
Maybe she would learn to love him again.
Jasper found that he hoped not.

The thread is ripping
The knot is slipping.
Love is blindness.

He can tell Alice is getting suspicious. Edward is frowning more. They spend more time with each now other then their 'mates'.
Jasper and Bella aren't complaining.
It's the first time Jasper ever considers someone other then Alice to love.
It's the first person –or vampire- that he has ever felt so . . . free with.
.
.
Love is clockwork,
And it's cold steel
Fingers too numb to feel
.
.
When nobody watches, they share touches. Small brushings of hands as the pass each other. Eyes searching for the other. Lips drawing secretive smiles across their faces.
It's been three weeks since Bella begun blocking Edward from Jasper's mind.

Squeeze the handle
Blow out the candle
Blindness
.

The family is away on a hunt.
Jasper can hear Bella's nervous intake of breath and he sits up from where he was lying on the carpet. Checking Bella's emotions, he found nothing but white noise.
She was blocking him.
She had never done that before.
Jasper hears her come up the steps, walk to his door; place her hand on the handle.
His lips are on hers before she can even open his door completely.
They stumble back, and Jasper's hand reaches out to turn off the light.

A little death
Without mourning
No call
No Warning
.
.
Everyone she knows from her human life would be dead by now. She travels to folks by herself. Finds her father's grave. Mourns.
Returns to the Cullens.
It's not what she expects when she arrives home.
There's nobody there but a note.
It's from the Volturi.

Baby, a dangerous idea...
Almost makes...sense

Aro wants their gifts.
He wants Alice most of all.
Jasper tells Bella to downplay her gift.
She doesn't. She uses her shield to protect her family.
As a human, Bella could block only herself from physic powers. But she'd had eighty years to improve. And she was powerful. Not only could she now protect others, but she could block other gifts such as Alice's visions and Jasper's empathy.
And Chelsea's manipulation of bonds.
Aro lets them go. Only after scrutinizing Bella for a full ten minutes.
He's found a new favourite.

Love is drowning
In a deep web
All the secrets
And no body else to tell
.
.
No matter how much they changed, the secret of their love still haunted them. They knew if their family ever found out –they were so blind- it would be irrevocably broken.
Both Jasper and Bella drown in the guilt.
But drowning in each other is just so good.
.
.
Oh, I'm too numb to feel...
Blow out the candle.

When the family is away, Jasper and Bella come together to play.
