PROLOGUE I: GENESIS
Tyler and Vanessa are descendants of a long lost civilization from the distant planet Palma, which once rotated around a solar system known as Algol. When Palma was destroyed, vessels carrying survivors from said planet ventured into space. One of said vessels found solace on a planet names Mobius, which had the same life conditions as Palma. On Mobius, the survivors from Algol colonized the planet and their civilization flourished for over a thousand years.
However, dark times descended upon the people of Algol when Dark Force, herald from the Profound Darkness, awoke within the remains of the starship on which the now established people of Mobius used to build their colony and swore chaos and destruction upon their kind as he did once thousands of years prior. Descendants of the heroine Alis (the first to slay Dark Force), were called upon by the great Esper Lutz, whose spirit guided the starships to salvation. He also guided the heroes chosen through chambers of their now re established city and aided them into finding the weapons forged by the Great Light to battle the demon. The fight was long and dangerous. It was then when all hope seemed lost that Vanessa sunk the sword Elsyeon deep into Dark Force's skull that vanquished the herald of darkness once again and brought peace into Mobius anew.
Vanessa was hailed as a saint who saved her people, although she acknowledged those who perished during the battle to save the planet deserved such praise, including Richard, a great engineer and weapons developer who was Vanessa's love interest. Because of their love, Vanessa gave birth to Richard's children, and she took care of them while teaching the ways of the Espers and the Great Light, and forever engraving in their minds the dangers of the Profound Darkness and those who would come every millennium to cause despair on their people in the form of the horrible Dark Force. When said children came of age, Vanessa bid them farewell and took Elsydeon along, walking towards the mountain range of Mobius. She was never heard of again nor ever sought even by her children, who stayed behind and prosper, getting families of their own and continuing living as their mother would've like them to forever in peace.
But said peace would not last long...
