PROLOGUE: JUST COINCIDENCE
"Well, look who I ran into," crowed Coincidence.
"Please," flirted Fate, "this was meant to be."
Summary:
Kuroko Tetsuya, the invisible phantom with a soul as pure as white.
Shirohime Kiyomi, the charismatic goddess with a heart as dark as black.
When the two meet, only chaos can ensue.
"I'm tainted, Phantom Boy, if you haven't noticed."
"Then I'll purify you." He looked into her silver eyes with his own mesmerizing azure orbs. She let out a scoff at the boy's answer.
"You're gonna need a shit load of soap to do that."
KUROKO/OC
"Interested in rugby?"
"Have you ever played shogi?"
"You have to play basketball if you're Japanese!"
"Swimming! It feels great!"
"Basketball! Basketball club! Would you like to join the basketball club?" a boy with a cat-like smile announced.
"Koganei, are you serious?"
"How else am I supposed to say it?"
"Join the basketball club. We need some serious help!" Koganei rolled his eyes.
"I'm tired of your jokes, Izuki. Mitobe, make sure they hear you!" The man nodded with a smile and continued to silently hand out sheets.
"…You're not gonna do it, are you? Oh, hey! What about you?" As he spoke, a boy with sky blue hair walked past, a book in his hand.
"Oh, you're a reader, aren't you? How about the literature club?!" The bluenette casually ducked under the boy's arm as he handed a sheet to the student behind him.
"Huh, sorry but this is just a manga."
"Manga are great books too!" As the odd blue-haired boy strolled unnoticed, a few feet away from him, a commotion was rising.
"Woah, look at that girl over there!"
"She's super hot!"
"Oh my god, she's so pretty!"
"She has such a calm demeanor! How cool!" A girl with long, ivory hair strode forward with confidence as she ignored the whispers around her. The two new students passed each other for a split second. Their eyes turned and met. Blue clashed with silver. But not a second had passed before the two had gone back to their own affairs. They had more important things to do than mull over someone that they'll most likely never talk to again. It was just coincidence that the two's eyes met.
At least… that's what they thought. Little did they know, that in the very near future they would somehow meet once again by some crazy, twisted fate.
