"Oh come on, mom!"Don exclaimed "Your not realy not gonna let him do this are you?"

"Don it is just for one little week.Cant you respect his decision on this?" Margret asked "you know he would be more confedent if you supported him just a little bit."

"mom, you don't understand! I am fully aware that it is just for one week but do you understand how embarrasing this little week will be?"Don used a mocking voice on little week.

"Donald! He is so exited about this. He is your only brother. One day he might not be there anymore." With that she walked away with Don to think about what she had said.

The next day Alan walked into his room to wake him on, Don. It's your first day. Charlie is already up."

He trudged down the stairs to the kitchen with heavy feet. "wheres mom?" Don asked looking around the kitchen where she would usually be cooking breakfast.

"She had to go to work early" Alan replied.

After breakfast Don put his dishes in the sink, grabbed his keys, and was out the door. "Bye" he said without waiting for an answer.

Getting impaitient he honked the horn again. 'if he doesn't hurry up I swear I will leave without him' he thought. Just then Charlie came out of the front door and got into the passenger seat.

"Ready?" Don asked looking at his little brother.

"Yea. Lets go." Charlie replied.

Sitting at the desk watching Charlie at the front of the room thinking about his mothers words the day before 'she's right you know' a voice in his head 'one day he wont be there anymore'he thought 'I have to tell him how proud I am of him when we get out of here'. But even with that voice in his head, at the same time a small nagging voice in the back of his head was saying 'I cant believe Charlie is teaching my summer school class'
