"Urgh!"
"You alive, Conn?"
"Uh, don't think so."
"Well the amount you drank last night, I'm not surprised."
"Abby, your sarcasm isn't exactly helping my hangover."
"…"
"And laughing doesn't help either."
"Well, perhaps this will."
"Ah, coffee. Lovely."
"You're welcome."
"Got any aspirin?"
"Got you covered."
"Cheers. You're annoyingly perky this morning. I hate you. Why aren't you hungover?"
"It might have something to do with me not having drunk my body weight in vodka last night."
"Did I really drink that much?"
"You mean you don't remember?"
"You know me; as soon as I touch the stuff I'm unaccountable for my actions."
"Speaking of which…"
"Oh god, what did I do?"
"Aside from the usual singing and dancing on the bar, you decided you were too hot and took your clothes off."
"Oh no. In public?"
"In front of the whole bar. Don't worry, though, Becker and Danny got you out before you went full monty."
"Please tell me that's the worst that I did."
"Nope. Sorry. Once Becker got you out, you kinda latched onto him. You kinda came out last night."
"Oh bugger. I didn't tell him did I?"
"The way you were acting it was pretty obvious."
"Does he want to shoot me?"
"Not exactly. It's weird; you'd think he'd be able to hold his drink, wouldn't you?"
"What did he do then?"
"He let you."
"What?"
"Turns out he was hiding from you exactly what you were hiding from him."
"Oh. Oh!"
"Atta boy."
"So what now?"
"You mean, where did you leave it last night? Well, you almost went back to his."
"I didn't…you know, right?"
"It wasn't for lack of trying. But no, you didn't. He said he would sleep with you, when you were sober. Otherwise it's taking advantage of you, and he wouldn't do that."
"I'm going to have to talk to him about all this aren't I?"
"Yeah."
"Breakfast?"
"Get it yourself."
"Hey come back. One more question."
"Yeah?"
"Why am I in your bed?"
"Because you fell down the stairs at least three times. I was amazed you could walk considering the state you were in. We figured it would be better if we swapped for the night. By the way, you really need to change your bedsheets."
"They're not that bad."
"I think there's something growing in them."
"You're just saying that to prove your point."
"Whatever, Conn. Here. Call Becker and do some damage control. Oh and you might want to call Jenny too."
"Why?"
"I didn't hear what you said to her but she didn't look pleased."
"Oh great. Was she the one that hit me or was that Danny?"
"You remember being hit?"
"Nope, but the pain's still there. So who was it this time?"
"Danny got the wrong end of the stick and thought you were trying to make a pass at Jenny."
"Was this before or after I ruined my chances with Becker?"
"Before, I think. At least I hope it was before."
"Not helping."
