"Checkmate." Ronald Weasley had once more won a chess game. Not a shocking or surprising feat of course, but he does have to have his moments of glory. However, that is not the story taking place. We are not here to learn of Weasley's chess victories, nor are we to study Hermione pacing herself with piles of books surrounding her like some sort of witch. We are here to study a corner of the Gryffindor Common Room, a corner behind the chair of Weasley's opponent.

A corner that seemed ordinary...But wasn't.

It was a quiet corner.

Too quiet.

There were no pranks being plotted in that corner. No studying being accomplished. Only two people expressing their connection to each other, through love. But no sound could be heard, because it was muted.

The Gryffindors would never be annoyed by the tender, almost shy kisses Harry Potter was giving Ginerva Weasley. And they would never hear the passionate snogs Ginny gave in response.

Yes, it was very hushed in the Gryffindor Common Room. In fact, no one noticed the couple in the corner until they stood up and walked off. They didn't leave the Common Room however, they simply walked up into the Boy's dormitory's, going to a specific dormitory instead. And of course, they didn't silence it this time.

Use your imagination for this one. HP/GW is not a strong pairing of mine, I also don't like it as much as HP/HG. The picture/link is simply:
