It was an average (well, average as it could get) day in Gravity Falls. Dipper had decided to take a walk in the woods, looking for some floating eyeballs he found in his book. He glanced at his watch to see what time it was. "A quarter after 9.." he mumbled before going back to walking.

Not very far from where Dipper was headed to, there was a girl pacing around. She was tall, very tall. She had tanned skin with long red hair and was wearing a sleeveless black shirt, tight black pants, some black ankle boots and a scowl. "Why did Professor Brown send me all the way here?" she asked herself, still pacing. Then, she heard a twig break. She turned quickly. "Who's there! Show yourself!"

As soon as Dipper heard the voice, he gulped and hid behind a tree. Since she didn't hear a voice at all, the girl walked over to where she heard the branch and found Dipper behind a tree. He glanced up at her. "Um.. h-hi.." She didn't say anything. Instead she grabbed him by the collar and pulled him up nose to nose, where they were looking at each other crossed-eyed. "Who are you? What are you doing here?" she asked in a demanding voice. Dipper's eyes widened before speaking. "I-I-I'm Dipper, I j-just came for a walk.." he said. The girl stared at him for a while before dropping him onto the ground. He looked up at her. "You are..?" She didn't say anything for a while before saying, "I'm Subject 127, but most people call me R." He blinked. "Subject 127? .. Are you some kind of robot?" he asked. R nodded. "Professor Brown made me. I'm 18.. 18 months, that is." Dipper got up and brushed off the dirt on him. "Oh." She didn't speak for a moment, but closed her eyes. Dipper thought that maybe she was recharging or something before she opened her eyes again. "Professor Brown sent me here to discover new creatures. He said that this place was filled with a bunch of creatures and such.." Dipper nodded. "Yeah, you'll find a bunch in Gravity Falls," he told her. She didn't speak. ".. Ermp.." Dipper mumbled. R then blinked and looked down at him. "Well, I need to go.. it was nice meeting you, Dipper." She bent down and gave him a peck on the cheek before leaving.
