Kurama was walking back from school.

He had to leave at quarter to midnight for extracurricular activities.

As he was walking near the park, he remebered a rumor he heard.

They said that at midnight, a young girl with teal hair and blue eyes wearing a kimono will be seen singing a beautiful song, but if she sees you, she'll disappear.

At the stroke of 12:00, Kurama heard someone singing.

"Sabishii toki ni wa nukumori sagashi
Haruka ni tadoru yo Natsukashii kioku wo"

'Who is that' Kurama thought.

Kurama saw the girl in the rumors, but there was one thing he noticed.

The girl was sad.

"Haha ga ai shi ko wo kaina ni idaite
Hidamari no naka de komoriuta wo utau"

Kurama was gonna come closer, but he stepped on a twig, causing the girl to turn and disappear.

"No wait, don't go" Kurama shouted.

With that failed, he went home.

Next morning, Koenma called the Rekai Taintei for a new meeting.

"I've been hearing rumors about a strange girl in the human world lately, they said she's not human, and this might make the humans suspect that there is another world. So I want you guys to investigate" said Koenma.

"(scoffs) That must be just hallusination" said Yusuke.

"I've seen that girl" muttered Kurama.

"What, you've seen it Kurama?" asked Koenma.

"C'mon, for real?" said Yusuke,

"Is she hot?" Kuwabara asked.

"Last night, I had to stay in school. It was near midnight so I left. When I got near the park, I saw this young girl. She had a lovely voice. She had teal hair, blue eyes and she was wearing a kimono" Kurama explained.

"Did you figure out who she was?" asked Koenma.

"No, before I got any closer, I stepped on a twig and she disappered" said Kurama.

"Then it's settled, find out who that girl is" said Koenma.

"I'm in!" said Yusuke.

"Me too!" said Kuwabara.

"Hn" said Hiei.

"I guess there's no choice" said Kurama.

While the gang was cheering, Kurama remembered the song that girl sang.

"Haha ga ai shi ko wo kaina ni idaite
Hidamari no naka de komoriuta wo utau "
