Chris sighed as he leaned against the side of the hospital, bathed in the light of the full moon. He couldn't feel anything as the cool air hit his skin. His wife was dead. He'd help her take her life.
"Ya know, it's always so interesting how hypocritical you Argents can be," a voice drawled from his left. It was male, mid to late teens, graced with a heavy Chicagoian accent. "Killed your wife before she turned fully but here you are, seventeen, eighteen years later, still alive and kicking." Chris snarled at the male, turning to see a scrawny, obsidion haired teenager, his green eyes reflecting back at Chris. There was a small boy, probably no older than two, clinging around his neck, staring at the hunter with the same jade green eyes, black hair already shaggy and down to his ears; standing next to him was a boy, more than likely around nine years old, his brown-blond hair spiked up in a faux-hawk, gray eyes studing the Argent over. "Brought Gabriel in to get his arm set, and suddenly I over here a few of the Nurses gossiping about an Argent commiting suicide; but that couldn't be right, unless she was turned that is." He looked down at the blond, prying the two year old's arms from around his neck. "Gabriel take Chris and go to the car and wait for me okay?" The blond nodded, taking the toddler from the teenager then running off.
"Sure you should let them run off alone with Gerard in town, Sterling? Unless they haven't shifted yet," he snarled at the teenager.
Sterling rolled his eyes, "Please, don't give me the cold shoulder Dad, I'm not the reason your whore is dead." Chris growled, pinning his son against the building, claws at his throat, eyes glowing amber. "I'm just saying. Now you can go be with my dad; you remember him, your mate, 'mother' of your two sons?"
"Two? Who's the two year old then?" Chris barked as he released his eldest son.
"Mine, and Derek Hale's," Sterling replied. "By the way, I'm in town to stay, along with Dad, helping out with the kanima, and your father. So we'll be seeing you more. Oh, and tell my dear sister I said hello, I should get to the car before Gabriel messes something up." Sterling turned away from his father and ran in the direction of the car.
