Here's a small tribute to Hiei and Mukuro. Sorry if it's a little weird... That said, please read, review, and enjoy.
I do not own Yuu Yuu Hakusho.
He knew he was dreaming. He had to be, because Mukuro was there, and she looked far younger, and she wasn't covered in scars. She was bound to the wall with heavy-looking iron chains. Her head was bowed and her long hair hung around her face. She wore a robe that was little better than a sack with a hole for her head.
He heard the softest of sobs escape her lips. Now that he looked, her cheeks were streaked with the tracks of grim left by tears, and the earth beneath her was damp as well.
He reached to caress her face, unsure of what was making him do it, but found that his hand passed right through her.
"I'm going to get out of here," the thought resounded around the room as a metal door opened behind him. "I'm going to get out of here, and then, I will be free."
It was then that Hiei knew that this was the past that Mukuro had left behind.
