There's an air of decay and deceit as he shuffles through the halls, groaning with each step. He's rotten to the core, unable to get the taunting and the screams out of his skull while making his way towards decrepit rooms and cluttered hallways. His joints groan with age as he stumbles around in a daze, half mad with pain and rage. What on earth did he do to deserve this hell? He only wanted to have fun with some kids and then wham, snap, drip.
There's the sound of a child's laugh and his ever permanent grin widens. God did he love kids, especially the looks on their faces when he got to them. Happy faces turned to surprise, eyes wide much like his own as he places them in a suit. So they could play as their favorite character, he said. He's disappointed when he gets to the place he heard the child's laugh, his stench permeating the stale air. No kid? Shame, where was the little on hiding? He wanted to play with them and see their faces just once more.
He roars as he remembers the kids that drove him into this mess. How dare, they, they wanted fun, right? He gave them fun! And now they dropped him into purgatory to burn. Burn. Burn… There's a snap of wires and a spark and little flames start to flicker onto the rotting suit he bears. Burn burn burn burn burn, it burns! Oh, but that agony was nothing compared to his death throes as he lay against that wall, gasping for breath, bones crushed and blood sliding out.
There's the sound of panicked breathing and he turns around to find a wild eyed man gasping for breath like he once did, choking on the smoke and stale and rotting air. He approaches the man as flames lick his being, grabbing ahold of the wide eyed person, an expression he loved the most, before shoving him against the wall face first. Again. And again. And again. Until he was nothing but pulp against the wall. Not a kid, but it'll have to do.
When the next day comes he finds himself be sold along with several other trinkets that survived the fire. Among the crowd, he could see wide eyed kids peering at him with fascination. His grin widens. God, did he love kids.
