Titanic

the movie was pulling to an end. After a full three hours of romantic drama, Raito couldn't wait to get up and stretch his limbs. The floor around the sofa was littered with snack bowls, tissues and marshmallow plushies. Raito turned his nose up at the mess and looked at the TV screen once more.

The Titanic was sinking, people were sliding along the deck while others hung onto the railing. Raito glanced at the famous detective, who'd been in tears before anything had even happened.

"Ryuuzaki, don't you think–?" he was instantly shushed. Clearly this movie was more important to L than his cake.

Nothing was more important to the great detective than his cake.

Raito rolled his eyes, watching the boy sacrifice himself so the girl could stay dry. He sighed. This was getting ridiculous.

"Jack?" the woman cried. "Jack! Speak to me.... JACK!"

Ryuuzaki let out an answering cry. "Jack! How could you die like that! You were meant to be together!" the genius blew his nose noisily as Rose let Jack sink into the cold Atlantic waters.

Raito's shoulders slumped as he rolled his eyes. "Oh please...." he mumbled., rolling his eyes again. Ryuuzaki shot him a sharp glare. And just as sharply, he invaded Raito's personal space to examine his face. Raito backed up, his face twisted in disgust, half afraid Ryuuzaki was going to kiss him.

But the Detective was still glaring at him.

"You're not crying." it was a calm and unnecessary observation. "You're not crying!"

Raito raised an eyebrow. "That is correct, Ryuuzaki."

"That just proves that you're Kira!"
