POV: Bruce
"Go on!" Tony prompted, giving me a slight shove to get me closer to the emerald clad demi-god at the end of the hall.
"Alright, fine…" I grumbled, clutching the phone even tighter in my already wavering hands as I shuffled towards Loki.
"Banner...what do you want?" He flared as I approached.
"To show you something…" I murmur.
"What?"
"Uhhh...it's this game called flappy bird…"
He stared at me quizzically for a few moments before inquiring:
"Flappy bird?"
"Yes, flappy bird. It's a popular game and Tony wants me to teach you how to play it."
"Why would Stark want me to play a Midgardian game?"
"He just said that I should teach you."
"Really? That's it?"
"...Yes."
"Fine, then." he snapped, "How do you play?"
"Well" I begin, opening the flappy bird app and turning the phone towards Loki, "You use your finger to tap the screen–" at that moment I too began jabbing the screen, having the small yellow bird bob up and down, "and-don't-touch….the pipes...but if you do you can just start over again and-try-some-more-until-you….get it, if you ever do, that is."
"That's all?"
"Yeah, I think so. You wanna try?" I urge, thrusting the phone into his hands.
"But why would I ever want to play this petty Midgardian pastime? There's clearly no use in it...this pathetic, dull time-waster. "
"For amusement."
"Amusement?" He scoffed, "You all really are non-intelligent beings. How can you use this for amusement?"
"I don't know...we just find it entertaining, I suppose."
"How entertaining is this insolent pastime, anyways?" He snarled mockingly.
I shrug and sigh, "Pretty amusing. Will you play or not? Find out for yourself how amusing it really is?"
After a moment of displeasurable silence from Loki in which his face distorted to look utterly puzzled, he huffed and began frivolously tapping the screen.
Twenty minutes later
"Banner!"
"What, Loki?"
"I have made it past the first pipe!"
"Good for you…"
