Home sweet Home.

I couldn't wait to come home. Home from the English boarding school I was sent to for the past four years. Hi my names Hong Kong, or Li Xiao, like my Mother calls me, or Kauro, like my Father calls me. Today was my 10th birthday. I jumped off train at my stop and walked the rest of the way.

I hadn't seen my Father, Arthur, or Mother, Yao, in awhile. During the holidays mummy and daddy were to drugged up to visit.

I couldn't wait to see my beautiful mother. He may be a boy country but he is still my Mother. All my life I had never seen my mom sober once. He and Arthur were on Opium when he conceived me. I had received a letter from him this year saying that he was clean. I didn't know if it was true or not but I'm optimistic.

My Father was the one that got my mother hooked on the stuff but I had to love him because he was my Father. He was my Mom's dealer. He trafficked millions of pounds of the stuff illegally to my Mother's country. But now everthing is good!

We'll all be together and we'll have a big feast for my birthday and we'll sit by the fire and singing just like a real family! It's going to be wonderful I know it!

I'm almost home! I can see my house and everything! How I've dreaming of this day fo-

"HOW DARE YOU! IT IS OUR LITTLE PARASITE'S BIRTHDAY AND YOU SHOW UP DRUNK! AFTER ALL THE TROUBLE YOU HAVE CAUSED ME YOU-"

"SHUT UP YOU WHORE! YOU WERE THE DUMB ASS WHO BOUGHT THE SHIT, YOU LITTLE BITCH! I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL BEAT YOU SENSELESS AND TAKE THE LITTLE DEMON!"

"GET OUT ARTHUR! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE, MY LAND, AND MY LIFE!"

"FINE I DON'T CARE SLUT! I WILL BE BACK AND YOU KNOW IT!"

I watched as my Father stormed of of the house, ran down the road and slammed into me, knocking me to the ground breaking my left arm, and kept running. I watched my Mother come over to me, haul me up by my right arm and pull me into the house.

He turned his sneer to me and sent me to my room, saying he would have no tolerance for my presence today. I cradled my left arm as I walked upstairs to my room. I made a make-shift splint for my arm and sat down on my bed. I felt the tears drip down my face slowly and heard my mother throwing all of my Father's things out of the house, in the absolute silence of my nearly empty room.

Home sweet Home.
