I can't believe it. I actually got the part. Me. Paige Townsen will play August in Locked with Rainer Devon and Jordan Wilder. OMG.
"Cassie, I'm in locked. Like, really in locked," Paige exclaimed to her very best friend, Cassie. Cassie is tall with short brown hair and about as crazy as me. Which is probably why we get along so well. My other best friend, Jake Salt, is a budding screenwriter and is usually the voice of reason. He is also the one I am in love with. But shhh, he doesn't know that.
"Paige, you have to tell me everything. What did Rainer say?" Cassie asked Paige.
"He didn't say much just that I GOT THE PART!"
A few hours later…
It's beginning to sink in now. And now, I'm starting to panic. What am I going to do about college? My parents are teachers, they'll never let me drop out. Oh God, what am I going to tell them? How am I going to tell them? I mean, surely they'll be happy for me. But who am I kidding? They'll never let me do the movie.
Paige, Rainer, Jake and Cassie are at the casting party.
"And now, playing the role of August, please welcome newcomer Paige Townsen".
You see it's been a few days, but I Paige Townsen, will be playing August in the upcoming Locked with Rainer Devon and Jordan Wilder. And now the whole world knows it too. You see, dreams really do come true.
