A quick ficlet thinger I thought up in the corse of two months. Heh, yea it took a while. Which is sad cause its so damn short lol

Its basically a test run to see if I got it down right. You know just in case I suck at writing things for the wonderful fandom. Which btw was thought up by the very talented Bri-chan on Deviant Art. Her pictures rock rainbow colored socks! Of course so does Rain's writing, her partner in crime. Look them both up on Deviant Art.

Anyway, as I said this is a test run. So enjoy it and review please. If enough people like it I might contuine you.

Crumpets?
no
oh Scones!?
…no…
maybe toast?

The Mad Hatter, or Reginald, couldn't decide what he wanted with his morning tea. He lay in bed contemplating this very important life question. Now this simple act would have seemed normal to anyone, had he not been laying at the opposite end of his lavishly draped four poster bed. Anyone one who knew him would say this was perfectly normal behavior for him. Yet he much preferred the comfy-ness of his feather down pillow. Sadly, he had lost that portion of his bed to the plush manatee that lay seemingly innocent on his pillow now.

He scowled and stuck his tongue out at the manatee. It chose to keep its tongue to its self, he doubted the evil thing even had one. Reginald considered taking the pillow back from his arch nemesis but he wasn't sure if he should risk it. What if something dreadful happened to him!? He wondered if Alice would be sad, he hoped so. Of course that thought process lead to some more pressing matters. Like how to get his beautiful cricket to fall head over heels in love with him.

He had tried all of tricks and moves on her but so far it all proved for not. Alice wouldn't budge, she was far to stubborn for her own good. Sure she had accepted his persistent invitation to the spring dance, but only because he had very nearly killed him self in his mission to secure her okay. Of course, even he realized that it had been a level of desperation that not many would rise to…or sink to, which ever way you looked at it. At the time he had accepted the method, by that point he would have taken anything. Now he wasn't so happy, it wasn't what he wanted. He didn't want pity of even Blackmail, surprisingly. He wanted true blue love and affection from her. He wanted her to leap into his arms every time she saw him, not give him a dirty look. He wanted her to come along willingly hen he asked her out on an odd and random outing. He wanted her to appreciate all the things he tried to do for her. He wanted her to enjoy his tea parties. He wanted…he wanted Tea.

at that thought, he sat up in bed and looked around. Bright sun light had been seeping through his window for the last hour without his notice. Reginald stared at the beams of light trying to remember when the sun had risen. He had been awake before sunrise so it was of great shock that it was already well into the morning. My how time flies, especially when there isn't anyone to fly it. He decided it was time to for tea and so on that thought alone he jumped out of bed to get dressed, but not before giving the plush manatee and good smack off his pillow.

Review please, I hope its good and that you people out there liked it!
