What the hell is going on?

Catherine was in the kitchen washing dishes talking to Grissom. Catherine was just about to hang up when Eddie stormed in.

Catherine dropped the phone when Eddie grabbed her by the waist and therw her down on the floor.Catherine screamed.

Spin me 'round again

and rub my eyes this can't be happening.

Grissom could hear what was going on and slammed down the phone. He ran to tell the team to get over to Catherine's house immediately.

Eddie had come home drunk. Beating Catherine till he was sober.

Eddie wan't stopping. Every chance Catherine got to run, she did. When Eddie got up from Catheirne he noticed something was missing.

He went to the bedroom.

Grissom ran to the Denali along with Warrick and Jim.

"Sara and Nick, stay here in just in case, oh never mind just get in the car and come with us. We need all the help we can get."

Grissom was getting nervous. He drove over to Catheirne's house without stopping. Grissom could tell something was wong.

Eddie had come back from the bedroom with somethin in his hand. A gun.

"Eddie please, don't do this. EDDIE STOP!" Catherine screamed

Grissom was 2 minutes away from Catheirne's house with the police and ambulance close behind.

Eddie came closer to Catherine. It was like he couldn't hear Catherine's cries for help. He raised the gun and pulled the trigger. Just as the shot was fired, Grissom

burst throught the door. He was too late. Grissom froze and so did the rest of the team. In the middle of the floor laid Catheirne.

"CATHERINE!" Grissom yelled. Nothing.

Grissom ran over to Catherine and held her close. Jim handcuffed Eddie and escorted him outside to the police car. Sars put her head on Nicks shoulder

and cried, Nick hugged her and cried as well. Warrick kicked the wall and made a hole "Dammit!" he yelled. Grissom held her limp body and tears fell

from his eyes.

"Catherine, I love you very much."

Grissom looked at Catherine and wished he could have been there sooner. Grissom got up and walked out the door.
