Great. Her boyfriend turned into a dragon when she hugged him, perfect. He would morph and shift until an enormous black Dragon stood in his place, his muzzle leaning into her arms. "Mako?" she couldn't help but be scared. He grumbled low in his throat. His eyes remained the same through they were twenty times larger. "you can't talk like this can you?" He lifted his nose out of her embrace and shook it from left to right vigorously. He lay down in front of her dejectedly, upset that he couldn't hug her. His tail curled around his nose as he stared at her. Korra stepped slowly over to him and climbed into the crevice between his belly and foreleg. "I don't care if you're a human or not, I still love you." He rolled one giant eye. She sat there and to her surprise it was comfortable. Korra stroked the soft scales of his hide as he began to hum until she fell asleep, lulled by his steady heartbeat and the constant, almost purring sound. He covered her with one of his wings, forming a protective shield around her. He slowly changed back into a human through the course of the night and in the morning they lay as two humans under a large oak tree. His arms wrapped protectively around her.
