Well, here's a another fanfiction, anyways warning to those there is scene from Guam's darker past , and even though I would consider it to be a bit soft (like not a lot of details and such) and all, don't read it if you may feel uncomfortable about it and all. Anyways I hope you enjoy this fanfiction.

Guam laid down in her bed , slowly closing her eyes before murmuring to herself, "It's just a dream." She had been plagued with nightmares lately and she doubted that this night would be any different from the last. The young looking nation closed her eyes , slowly before falling into a slumber before the hellish nightmare came into her mind once more.

Guam was crying , tears streamed down her bruised face as she was in a jail cell. "I-I miss Mr. America... I don't like it here..." She murmured , her bloodshot eyes glancing around the room, in hopes that he wasn't there, waiting for her. She then glanced at her bruised wrists with large scabs on them, she was shackled , it was the one of the few reasons why she was still here other than the punishment that he would give her if she managed to escape.

Yet, soon after, the young girl begun to hear footsteps coming towards her , this made her heart beat faster, was it him? When she looked up to see who it was, it had been confirmed to be him. Him as in the man with black hair and wearing an imperialistic outfit, black or white, she didn't care. Some days , his eyes were brown and other days, his eyes were red, red like the blood spilt from battle wounds . Red as if he were possessed by some demonic force. Guam screamed, she screamed until she couldn't and what he did in response? He hurt her. He pulled out his whip and gave her the scars on her back that she had to this day.

No. She wanted to scream. No! "NO!"

"NO!" Guam screamed, tears running down her face as she then soaked her pants out of her own fear. "Guam?" She heard a voice say, which made her brown-green gaze fall towards the door. It was America. "M-Mr. A-America!" Guam said before she then continued to cry. American then went towards her bed.

"Is everything alright, Guam?" The Guamanian girl then latched onto America , giving him a huge hug that she wouldn't let go of as she continued to cry. "I'm taking that as a no." America said before he hugged the younger-looking personification who was crying like a hungry, newborn baby, "Shhhh... It's alright Guam...it's alright.. The Hero is here and he'll protect you." Alfred said.

"B-but, what if he comes or anyone comes and tries to take me away from you?" Guam sniffled as she stopped crying for a moment glancing at America with her innocent-looking eyes.

"I won't let that happen, Guam , after all I'm the hero!" Guam looked down for a moment before latching onto the American for a moment, continuing to cry slightly.

"W-what if, you aren't able to stop them? What if you loose?"

"Guam, heroes may loose, but they don't give up, they'll try and try until they finally win the battle." Guam sniffled once more before hugging the American.

"I'm glad you're my hero..." Guam had slowly, begun to fall asleep, smiling faintly as Guam's grasp loosened on America and Alfred tucked her into the bed.

"As am I, little dude." America then went back to his own room, knowing full on he would have to probably clean Guam's clothing and bedsheets , as the girl had wet herself and he knew Puerto Rico wouldn't do it, mainly because had enough of cleaning Guam's bed wettings. With a sigh, the American went into his own bed and drifted into a deep sleep as well.
