Nick Eats Judy For Lunch
Warning: This is a story I was requested to write in which, yes, Nick literally eats Judy for lunch, though there is no violence or gore. If this is going to disturb, trigger, or otherwise upset you, you've been warned.
Thanks for the plot and request, Supernova2015! Hope you enjoy it!
Nick looked at his watch. For some reason he'd been hungry all morning, although he'd eaten his usual breakfast. Even as he carried on with his duties, he couldn't stop thinking about when he would finally get to eat lunch. His and Judy's time on duty was creeping to a close for lunch break…creeping, creeping…"Finally, it's noon!" With a whoop of joy he went to pull his wallet from his pocket – but there was nothing there. Frantically he checked his other pocket, then his boots, but still there was nothing. He'd forgotten it! Ugh, how could he!
He turned to Judy, putting on his most charming smile. "Say, Judy, could I please just borrow- hey, what's the matter?" Judy was slumped over, eyes closed. She yawned. "Oh, nothing. I'm just so tired. I bet I'm as tired as you are hungry." Suddenly she perked up. "Hey, that gives me an idea!"
"Oh?", said Nick, who was one-thirds paying attention and two-thirds unsuccessfully looking for change on the ground. God, why couldn't someone have just dropped a few quarters?
"You don't need money!" said Judy triumphantly. "I could be your lunch! Look, I know it's weird, but it's better than not having any lunch at all, isn't it? And I'd benefit too. After all, your stomach is a much safer place to rest than this street." She wrinkled her nose. "Probably cleaner too."
Nick glanced around quickly, but saw no-one who might interefere. "Well…if it's really all right with you," Nick said as his stomach grumbled. "Let's go to that alley, we won't be seen there." They hurried off to the nearest alley, which somehow was even dirtier and dimmer than the street. "Okay, so when do you want me to let you out?", Nick asked. "Well, I'll have to be back on duty after lunch break, so that sounds like a good time." "Okay." "Oh, and be sure to let me out near a bathroom, okay, so I can clean up? And be sure to watch the time so I won't be late." "Okay, it's a deal."
The actual process of eating Judy for lunch was surprising easy. (If you're thinking it would have been impossible, or at least impossible without killing her, allow me to remind you that these are animals that talk. Realism isn't much part of their universe.) Nick unhinged his jaws like a snake's and carefully swallowed Judy whole, clothes and all. Judy curled up inside his stomach, kicking her feet a bit as she settled down, then curling up into a ball.
Nick's belly was as round as a ball itself now. Not a bad look really, he thought, rubbing it with his left hand. He gave it three fond pats, while Judy closed her eyes and fell into a happy sleep. Nick checked his watch, reminding himself to let Judy out later, and then went to enjoy his break, pulling his coat loosely across his belly and hoping nobody would notice the extra weight.
