I hate to have to do this, but i completely forget what the name of this fanfiction was, but here is what happened:
Hermione decides to live in Ireland (basically as a rehabilitation) in a house owned by some woman. She is mentally insecure at the time. Draco has also decided to move to Ireland (and I think he owns his own home there). Draco is living completely without magic (I forget if Hermione is also). They meet one another again after a while, and they begin to smoke cigarettes together up against a wall (which they later find out is one to a church). Draco has some serious OCD issues. He also learns to cook (which he finds he loves to do). Eventually, Hermione moves in with Draco. (They obviously fall in love, etc). They are both extremely unstable throughout the majority of the story. At the end, Hermione ends up going to college in the US. There was an alternate ending in which they meet again or something.
It is an angsty romantic ff.
