Comments: Well I said I'd probably write a ficlet for this...soI did. I was bored and uninspired, so...I wrote it. Itpretty much follows the drabble, with a few words changed, and abackground putin and charaterdefination and all that jazz. Yay. Oh the lines, they represent breaks of time. So it's not all one right after the other. Yeah.

Hermonie Granger sat at a small square card table shuffling a pack of playing cards. "Right, so dose everyone get how to play?" She asked as she started dealing out the cards. There was a chorus of yeses and so on from Harry, Ron and Ginny. "Alright so Ginny goes first because she's on my left," she said and they began the game. Ginny took her turn, and then Harry sat looking at the discard pile.

"Hmmm..," he said.

"Go Harry." Ron said impatiently

"Chill out Ron." Came Harry's clam reply. "There."

"Hmm...hehe..." Ron giggled as he picked up the entire discard pile.

"Bastard. You'd better put the one I need back down." Hermonie growled at him. "Ughhhh you didn't." she groaned when he discarded. Ron simply giggled again.

"Hmmmm...Oh shit I need one more..." Hermonie muttered, looking at her cards.

"Go already Hermonie." Harry said, grinning at his friend.

"Be quiet, I'm thinking." Was her response.

"You do that to much. " Ginny commented casually.

"Shut it Ginny." Hermonie growled.

"Why should I?" Ginny shot back, grinning.

"Cause she said so." Ron interjected in his girlfriend's defense.

"Very original Ron." Was Harry's reply.

"There I've gone, happy?" Hermonie finally said.

"Very." Replied Ginny cattily.

"Ahhhh bitch." Ron said later.

"Thank you." Was Ginny's sarcastic response

"I'm out." Harry said.

"Fuck are you really?" Ron asked in shock.

"Yeah. Count em up." Harry answered grinning at his friend.

"You're an asshole Harry." Ron said in an annoyed tone.

"Why's that?" Harry asked glancing at his friend.

"You used the one I needed to go out. " Ron replied.

"Ha...sucks to be you." Hermonie smirked.

"You'd know." Shot Ron.

Harry shot Ginny a look, and noticed her face mirrored his look of shock, and slight disgust. He coughed and broke the awkward silence.

"Your deal Ginny." Hermonie said, pushing the deck towards the other girl, who took it and shuffled, then dealt the cards.

"Hmmm..." Ron said, furrowing his brow.

"Go already Ron." Harry said impatiently.

"I'm thinking damnit." Ron said, glaring over his cards at him.

"Dose it hurt?" Ginny asked smiling innocently at her brother.

"Shut it." Ron growled.

"Yes Daddy." Ginny replied sarcastically.

There was an awkward silence until Harry said "That's just wrong Gin."

"I know." She replied grinning at him.

"Hmm...Oh shit..." Hermonie said after she discarded.

"Huh?" Ron asked in confusion.

"Rummy!" Ginny cried pulling out the cards.

Hermonie glared at her, and Ginny smirked back, then Hermonie said, "Bitch."

"I'm out." Ginny said smirking at them.

"You win...again." Harry said putting his head down on his arms.

"Of course. Let's go celebrate eh?" She asked silkily running her hands over his shoulders.

Harry lifted his head and grinned lopsidedly at Ron and Hermonie then said, "Sure..."

"You know...if he weren't my best mate I'd kill him." Ron said as he watched the two of them walk out of the room, with their arms wrapped around each other.

"Do you want to celebrate too?" Hermonie whispered in his ear, causing Ron to grin slightly and turn his head towards her.
