an EU where Vader is Alive and feels leia's death through the force and calls his granddaughter Jaina to ask if he can come to say one final Farewell to his daughter

Vader woke up suddenly in his hyperbaric chamber with a start...something felt wrong. he closed his eyes trying to find his children he felt that Luke was safe for that he was thankful but he couldn't find leia
something had happend to leia he instantly felt sorrow that he hadn't felt since his Beloved Padme had died "Leia's gone.." thousands of emotions filled him as he grabbed his comm-link and put in the code for his granddaughter
after a few rings the face of his granddaughter came on "Jaina i felt something in the force what's happend?" Jaina's barely contained sadness confirmed his fears "Mom Became one with the force this morning grandfather it was sudden and unexpected"
Vader lowered his head as he tried calm himself "Dear granddaughter i must come and say my good bye to your mother i know im the last person to ask that but please?"
Jaina was quiet for a few minutes then replied "Come an hour before the Funeral that way you can have privacy" Vader nodded "thank you" she nodded as she cut off the connection
Vader arrived at the time Jaina asked as he walked into the funeral area he saw his daughters body lifeless his heart clenched as he walked closer to the body
"leia my dearest Leia i know you wouldn't want me here but i had to say that im so sorry about everything i've done to you in life i didn't know you were my daughter when i tortured you"
he took a few moments to find the right words "had i known i would've done everything in my power to protect you...Palpatine be damned but now it's to late my baby girl is gone" he lowered his head
" i love you Leia and i wanted you to know that i never wanted to be the monster you knew i only wanted to save your mother and you and Luke" he placed his hand on cheek "maybe someday we will all be reunited within the force"
he moved his hand from her Cheek and said a silent prayer " may the force be with you my daughter" he turned around and left the funeral area stopping at the exit as he mumbled to himself "goodbye princess"
